Whilst they have a very good website with a convincing ‘UK military charity spin’, the products are expensive & quality is not as good as normal rugby playing attire. What’s more infuriating is the time (circa 1 month) that it takes for said items to arrive - made in UK, I don’t think so!
Shocking shocking company and customer service ordered a shirt a mouth ago ring 4 times each time got told a different date my shirt was coming and getting next day delivery still not got it guys such a shame please be aware where ordering I would personally avoid this please
Great shop and the T shirts and Amazing quality and full of details. Bought a few from them now. Also support some great charities so knight get a 10/10 from me. Get some Royal welsh tops on there tho!!!!!
Limited Edition UWCC Minex Rugby Tops. I bought the Dambuster polo shirt and out of interest rang up and talked to Matthew concerning making our tops. I sent the company photos of old tops and they came up with a few design idears. Members agreeded the new design, paid, order placed , time frame given and the tops were delivered promptly bagged up, labled etc. The qualiity is really good and our 100 year old logo reproduced on the top accurately. Its not a huge order but more members are wanting to order the top now. I have used / designed many tops for our Minex group over the years this buy was easy, Help given were needed. Design diagrams sent out by e mail and changeds confirmed promptly. Thanks for a easy purchase of our Minex Rugby Shirts.
Great awareness from staff and shoppers about space etc.. nice plants, although prices have hiked since last year, obviously trying to pull back losses but maybe a little less would help folk, and tried to buy a garden set to be told my 3 choices were not available till mid August....

Great clothing. I've ordered off them several items. The last few orders I've had to contact PayPal for some assistance in getting my items. The company don't respond to calls or emails but boast they give to military charities. I won't be ordering again. Too much like hard work.
Took forever for delivery! Thought i would phone them spoke to some guy on the friday an said my parcel would be with me by the Tuesday yet 3 weeks later still waiting phoned again no answer emailed twice no answer also left a message on there Facebook and surprise no answer really bad service they don't care how long you have to wait for your item as soon as they got your money will never use again
