   Clean and attractively laid out store with competitively priced goods , mainly clothing for male,female and child customers. We used the click and collect for items that were not available in store . The system worked fine.

   Didn't actually go in to buy any clothing, but the cafe upstairs. The cafe is really nice,selling costa coffee.We use this cafe quite a bit, never had abad coffee here. Word of warning though, there are two Costa coffee places at Marshall's Yard, the one that isn't above next isn't very good and staff are a lot impolite.

   Quality, stylish clothes for older men. Customer service is mostly good. Need to sort out online collections (prob around 90% of their business). Put code into machine and wait - more often than not I have to then go to the checkout as noone brings it out which is double handling.

   Love this branch of next , not too big but plenty of choice , easy aisles to navigate,by either wheelchair or with a buggy . Good spacious lift to 1st floor . And the cafe ,Costa coffee. Plus home ware section .

   I used the lift for my party of 3people to visit upstairs area of next,made a couple of purchases from the sale shelfs,found the lady on the till very pleasant & jolly to say she was having to work on boxing day ! ..we then went across into costa for a cuppa, which was quite busy,counter serving staff were very pleasant & even later gave table service delivery with our toasts & tea cake order after our drinks were made ! .....Only down side was the rude lady pensioner with a walking stick who barged in & set up camp on 1 of the 2 tables we already had wile i was @ the counter , forcing 3 of us round a table for 2 with our drinks ,luckily a larger table for 3 came available for us to move before the hot food arrived , why do these old folk think they have the rite over everyone else who's younger ? it beats me how rude & arrogant they can be .
