   Been their patient for years but all these years just waisted my time and dental health, don’t do any other procedure rather then routine appointments, refers you to other private dentist who they are partner with and charge for a simple root canal £1300 which is much cheaper if you are pregnant and NHS’s patient. Damage your teeth then refers you to their friends to make more money. Should be supervised by NHS and their license should be revoked.

   I had an amazing experience with Dr. Qasim for my braces treatment. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable at each visit. The results are fantastic — my teeth look perfect now! The clinic is clean, and the staff are always welcoming and kind (Daniya). I highly recommend Dr. Qasim if you’re considering braces — he’s one of the best!

   I was referred by NHS 111 for an emergency appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes before 3 pm. However, I didn’t get seen until almost 3:50 pm, so I ended up waiting nearly an hour. When I was finally seen, the appointment lasted less than 2 minutes. It felt rushed, and it seemed like a thorough check wasn’t possible because there were so many other people waiting, and they were already running behind. The dentist prescribed me antibiotics that contained penicillin, even though I clearly stated on the forms I filled out and told them in person that I’m allergic to penicillin. They sent me on my way without addressing this, and I ended up having to pay for a 2-minute consultation that didn’t even help me, as I couldn’t take the medication prescribed. To make matters worse, the dentist was rude and insisted that I should be seeing a dentist regularly and should sign up for private care with them. I’m already up to date with my regular dentist appointments, and I had a referral because it was outside of my usual dentist’s hours. After this experience, I wouldn’t use them again, even if I needed a dentist urgently. The whole thing felt like a waste of time, and they didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping, just making money. Long wait times, poor service, and unprofessional behavior—definitely would not recommend. If you’re referred, try to ask for a different dentist.

   Another delightfully friendly and professional visit to Omnia Dental Manchester today. It was for a descale and polish as it had been quite some time since my last one. The lovely people took such great care of me from receptionist and the dentist made me feel relaxed and cared for. Thank you again for such wonderful service

   Naima al Gwil has been really great. I’ve been to see her 3 times now and have seen a massive improvement in my oral health. She is always giving sound advice that works amazingly. She is very patient and provides excellent care. I would highly recommend her. And the main reason I’m still registered at this dentist

   I went to see the hygienist Naima al Gwil and I cant speak highly enough of her Three months ago she told me I had gum disease and told me exactly what to do I followed her instructions and my gums have greatly improved so thank you so much

   Thay give me appointments for 13:30 Saturday 11th .. I had to take day off to get there .. got there early the door were locked and sign says closed for lunch between 1 to 2 sat in my car for half an hour back there for 2 thay told me you missed your appointment Can someone explain to me how did I miss my appointment???? It’s been 3 weeks since I am waiting for manager to call me on Monday Reception girls told we trying to help you
