   I cannot praise this dental practise enough, I had a bad experience at dentist when I was younger and I am a very anxious person, So when I became a patient at My Dentist, I was nervous and a bit scared of going,but I knew I needed to,because my teeth needed a lot of work, My dentist is Omara Abdul, and this lady has been so patient and understanding with me, I needed extractions and she referred me for sedation, because I am so anxious, they had my partial dentures made, using a scanning machine, Omara has give me my smile back and I’m so thankful to her for this, the process has been a wonderful experience and she is a credit to the company, The front of house team are helpful and polite, highly recommend this dentist, they go above and beyond,

   I joined this dental practice a few months ago as a new patient. My dentist is Donatos Papanikolaou. From the first visit I felt confident with the advice and treatment plan outlined by Donatos. I am absolutely delighted with the final result, it has exceeded my expectations. Donatos is professional, extremely conscientious with attention to detail. His dental nurse is lovely, most reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

   I ended up at this practice entirely because of a tooth extraction being needed and my usual dentist on Parsonage Street couldn’t accommodate. This practice showed exactly the same inexperience as the previous. Absolute joke MyDentist, no idea how you guys have an NHS Contract. Review your practices!

   I've been going for years to My Dentist and I I am very happy with the care and attention I receive from them. I find all the dentists there are extremely good and all the staff are very kind and helpful and In an emergency I am always seen promptly. I couldn't ask for more.

   I booked here privately for my first visit for a 30min airflow treatment costing £80. I turned up for my appointment promptly and wasn't called in until 10mins after my app time. There was then an issue with the equipment which meant a further 5mins waiting. By this point 15mins of no treatment into my appointment time. When the treatment finally began I was given a mouthful of powder and the hygienist forgot to put the water on. We then had to stop to spit out mouthfuls of powder that had clumped in my mouth. Eventually we went again with water and my treatment began. My treatment then finished at the scheduled time despite them running me 15mins late. So effectively I had 15min treatment despite paying for 30mins. I've also spent the last few days with horrible salty saliva which I cant seem to shake which i believe to be from ingested powder. I would not recommend based off of my visit and will not return.

   Waiting time for a simple scale and polish is about 17 years... Had an appointment booked for today after cancellations in the past (admin errors). Today, after making the trip to the surgery they advise that it's been cancelled! No message was left to advise of this cancellation, despite their claims to have left a message with a family member. Dishonest and incompetent.

   Tooth extraction of wisdom tooth today. I was very nervous but the dentist and his dental nurse were brilliant. Very supportive. Great communication all the way through the procedure. I was told to put up my left hand if I was in any pain. Before I knew it, the tooth was out! The lady on reception was also very efficient.

   Dentist and dental technician were very polite, helpful and patient. Dental technician lead me to the room and was very friendly. Dentist asked lots of questions and listened to answers. He was very professional and asked how my day had been putting me at ease and told you what he was going to do and what to expect. He said to raise left hand if too sensitive when scaling the teeth. Excellent service.
