I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

Financially, there is never an issue with paying a few days later, and the appointments are always on time. I've been known to ring with an issue of broken teeth on one day around lunchtime, and been there either later that day or first thing the day after. In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators.
