BAD dental practice…been paying for treatments for years to find out now that it was not necessary at all…best decision to discharge from this practice…bad service
Save your life. Do yourself a favour and find another dentist even if you're desperate. I've regretted going there every time I look in the mirror. Due to their negligence, I lost a tooth. The dentist rushed through my treatment and “Finished” in just 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, I saw her shopping in Manchester. The next day, the filling came off and broke my tooth. As an NHS patient, I felt treated like a second-class citizen. Your entire treatment will be under 10 minutes because they simply don't care. The quality of work and materials is shockingly poor. If you walk into a practice and see countless “zero-tolerance policy” posters, take it as a warning sign. NHS patients are being exploited by greedy companies, doctors, and dentists. I sincerely hope those who leave positive feedback genuinely had a better experience. If you're being paid to write positive reviews, or if you are a staff, you're contributing to a dishonest system.
Having been for an appointment at the Smile Clinic today,I wanted to pass on my credit to the 2 lovely receptionists who were at the desk today.Smiling ,efficient, patient and so pleasant and helpful.Credit where its due to these lovely ladies and it does get noticed.
Missed one appointment due to unforseen circumstances, rang up to try and re-book and they took me off their system. Was asked to email them to tell them the situation and they might be able to put me back on. That was over a month ago and no reply, they really dont care.
Never will I go back to this dentist, I had a few cavities and I could not find a dentist due to covid. Kept asking me am I on drugs because I have a few cavities I kept saying no he kept repeating it. I’ve never took drugs! Very very rude, speaking down to me like they are better than me. I said I have a few biscuits with my tea now and then he then replied what the full packet I started to cry he said nothing never come to this dentist it should be shut down. The state of it inside is shocking looks really scruffy and unclean AVOID this dentist!
I have been coming here for the past 6 years, and the staff are remarkably one of the best dentists in Bury, they are brilliant and always look after you. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.
I know it had a bad rep in the past but it's not like that anymore. Set in a bright, airy space with a television and comfortable seating. All the staff are lovely and you can have a laugh with them. The dentists are professional and offer great advice. They accept both NHS and private patients. Wait times are short.
I've been there today and not sure about visiting here because of negative reviews of Clinic, But the moment I arrived the receptionist even help me where to park my car and come back help me with form and everyone were nice calm. Thanks A lot guys. I'll 100% recommend to all.
Worst dentist around ignorant rude, time wasters just want to get rid of patients missed appointments no notification just re register you. Waiting on phone for 25 mins on phone just for them to put phone down on you go to the surgery only 1 patient in and reception girls on mobile phones laughing and joking saying phone lines busy. What a joke I don't how they gat away with it.
I had a root canal treatment on a tooth deemed not worth trying to save by a previous dentist. My new dentist here did a great job, and while I have dental anxiety, his treatment was very well done compared to a root canal I have had done in the past so my nerves calmed a lot as the treatment went on. Friendly, informative and I felt like my dentist was working with me as a patient as opposed to just treating “on” me. Happy all around, and so far so good on my root canal staying, as there was little left to save!
