She is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. Really enjoyed my experience at synergy dental in bury for my Invisalign. Was extremely professional from start to finish and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone debating Invisalign to get booked in with kashif as the only regret I have now is not going for it sooner!
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the care and professionalism shown by Miss Isra Mahmood (H&T) since I registered with your practice in August. Before joining Synergy, I had visited a private dentist who quoted me around £200 per tooth for an extraction and did not advise me about the NHS patient route. Finding your practice — and being registered as an NHS patient — made such a difference. Miss Mahmood demonstrated outstanding professionalism, empathy, and skill throughout my treatment. She quickly understood my situation and the severe pain I was in, carried out a thorough check-up, and referred me promptly to a specialist for the extraction. The entire process was smooth and well-handled from start to finish. I am genuinely grateful for her excellent care and the reassurance she provided during what was a very uncomfortable and stressful time. Miss Mahmood is an asset to your practice, and you are fortunate to have such a competent and compassionate professional on your team.

I recently visited for some fillings and was reassured, when I expressed that I was nervous, that we could go at my own pace and we could stop of needed. It really helped me, knowing I had that option, even though I did not pause, mainly because I wanted it to end quickly. I have been petrified of the dentist for years but felt in total safe hands.
I was already registered with synergy, I booked and paid for a consultation for invisilign and when I arrived I was told the person who does that isn't in on Mondays (the only day I'm available) and I would need to rebook at either Oldham or Bolton. Why let me book for that day then or not even call me to advise me of that? It was a waste of time travelling there and put me off the company. It wasn't the first issue with synergy either, I had previously had enlighten teeth whitening at the bolton branch and at the end of the at home whitening you are supposed to have an 'in house' session to complete the treatment. This was never mentioned or offered, after looking on enlighten website i called up to ask about this and they said to go and pick up there own brand whitening syringes. So if I hadn't had called nothing would have been done and I didn't even have to option to have the in house session which I thought I had paid for instead of more weeks sleeping with the trays in and having to put up with sensitivity. Would not recommend.
The service I received from all staff and especially Dr Nader was extremely pleasant, professional and I am very happy with the results. Dr Nader made sure to provide the best options for the issue I had and the service was impeccable. I feel very good with my dental implant and glad that I chose to have this procedure done. It was completely painless comfortable.
