   If I could leave a lower star for this practice I truly would. I would never recommend it to anyone. Abdul is clueless, spends zero time looking in your mouth and is very VERY inexperienced and admits it! I’m glad I dropped this practice when they couldn’t accommodate an emergency tooth extraction that I needed. You are an NHS Dentist, you should provide the highest standards of care. You are supposed to be regulated. Improve the practice for the sake of the rest of your patients. Edit: To respond to the practice’s response to my review. The only reason you don’t have record is there will have been no note taking. I was refused when I needed it most the receptionist was so dismissive and stated she had no availability for emergencies, an absolute joke. This practice is what gave me anxiety surrounding the dentist, Abdul in particular should be struck off the register for all his malpractice and lack of knowledge. So no, I will not remove my review. I do not care for your investigation. The review is my experience and I’ve parted ways with this practice and actually funnily enough enjoy going to the dentist now at another practice, shocker!

   Excellent patient care, my recent appointment was an emergency one as had terrible toothache due to an abscess. Phoned the practice late morning and was given an appointment for just after lunch time, can not not say a bad work about this practice 5*s all the way. They care about there patients and not just money orientated

   Having had some very bad experience with my previous dentist basically forgetting about me during covid then striking me off their list I had a long period without a dentist. Recently was able to register with this practice and thus far they have been great. Reception staff are calm and helpful, had one appointment with the dentist who was very nice and also one with hygenist so far who was also very nice and patient with me, great guidance and give teeth a great clean. Being quite a nervous patient thus far im feeling at ease with this practice.

   Feel incredibly fortunate to have such a fantastic dentist in Abdul Bari. Always a friendly face, and his calm and easy demeanour makes you feel relaxed, especially in a situation that for many people is very stressful. It feels like he genuinely takes an interest in his dental patients and in getting to know their personal circumstances. That attention to detail is unusual in many lines of work, so to find it someone who you know must see 1000s of patients and mouths in between your 6 monthly visits makes you feel like you are getting an exceptional service.

   I have been a patient here since it opened.I was always quite nervous before I visited the dentist as are most people but Dr. Bari puts you immediately at ease, he explains everything to you and I trust him implicitly. He is so approachable and you never feel rushed. I would highly recommend using his services.

   Dr Bari is a fantastic dentist, very approachable and when he has had to do procedures for my teeth is has been very gentle and efficient. Felicity is also fabulous, I see her for scale and polish and she is also very kind and caring. All the staff and friendly and helpful.

   Thank goodness this isn’t my regular dental practice!!! On two occasions I’ve rang to check an appt is still going ahead for that week for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment only to find out it’s been cancelled without notice. I spoke with a lady named Kirsty this time who needs some basic customer service training. After that contact; if there wasn’t such a back log within the Nhs then I’d have cancelled all treatment here but that would likely mean another 24 month wait. I have numerous friends whose children have attended other orthodontists in the area and have sailed through treatment without any problems. If you receive this dental practice for your child’s treatment, I STRONGLY advise you request a change of practice so you don’t spend your time chasing appts and treatment!

   Great dentist practice been with them for a number of years. Never had any problems getting an appointment . Myself and my children see Dr Bari who is great with them both explains everything that he does is very patient and kind .
