I don’t know why they thought having a digital billboard that’s flashing it’s lights ready to give you a seizure into next dimension is exposed to a massive parking lot aka drivers.

Three times I ordered from here and three times they have managed to send me the wrong items. This company is absolutely terrible and I’m never ordering from here again. I am not able to contact them because they are not picking up my phone call and the messages always fail. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here.
SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I returned several items of children's clothing for a refund worth £120. USC are claiming they only received a t.shirt and refunded JUST £14 even though I have proof from Royal Mail that they received my package! I have bought from USC many times before but will never ever use them again after this! BEWARE if there is a problem you have no chance of getting your money back.
Absolutely worst shopping experience of my life. Girl on till may as well have caught me shoplifting for how she looked at me and the effort she made. Complained to her, (the fact I was buying 3 pairs of Jean's for £300!) She then refused to serve me and I had to be served by another, much pleasant member of staff. The manager and other member of staff where great, she bounced off into the back Will never EVER shop there again. The one star was for the manager's apology
Brought some converse trainers for me and my 4 year old son, fantasic prices and choice and the young girl who served us was very helpful. The lady on the till was great with my son and made a fuss of him, even gave him some little plastic toys to go with his toy tiger. Thank you for making our shopping experience a positive one. We will definitely be back when he needs more new ones. Great customer service and a credit to your store x
