Delivery had a missing item. Called them for a resolution and was told, “Contact Uber Eats or order again. It’s nothing to do with us!”. Then the call was rudely dropped. Safe to say I would not be ordering from them again. There are better alternatives to spend £50+ without the terrible customer service.
Awful food , I ordered two rice , Egg and Special fried rice Nothing special about the rice they both look alike , taste awful and no egg in the egg fried rice,Most awful food ever, should have read reviews before ordering , I regret wasting my 14 pounds no wonder is cheap because they cook rubbish

I had a very disappointing experience. The food was poorly prepared and nearly inedible, and the service was extremely unprofessional. I expected much better, and I won’t be returning. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.
Load of rubbish. £7 for a tiny portion shredded beef and disappointing to say that I will never order from this place again. Taste okay I have ordered and enjoyed better than this. How can all the sizes of similar food be different. Clearly it's under measured and not equal.
The food in this take away used to be good I seem to remember but that was a long time ago. I ordered for delivery twice in recent weeks and although I only live up the road, it took an hour to arrive and when it did it was bland and tasteless. It didn’t taste like Chinese food! Absolutely vile, most of it I threw in the bin as I didn’t want to risk being poisoned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nasty place, I feel cheated and robbed.The special chowmein was anything but special, it had no taste, tiny pieces of chicken, no other meat at all and it was as dry as parchment. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I used to order all the time but standard of food had gone down! Satay chicken not cooked properly the previous two times I’ve ordered and today I was sent the wrong main dish then all they said was sorry! No offer to replace it… so I said don’t you think you send the correct dish ? They agreed but I had to present them back with original even though they had looked at their orders and seen they had got it wrong! I don’t care about giving them the dish back it’s the principle of them not looking after their customer properly and their food is mediocre at best now! Will never order from there again
Not sure why people are complaining about portions when portions are fine it's the taste of the food. I would say the food is frozen as hardly any taste due to the defrost of the food. The prawn crackers are complementary but they were stale seems like they were opened for a while. Defo not ordering here again. Should have checked Google reviews rather than uber eats or deliveroo.
Food was a joke! Boxes 1/4 of food ! Came cold ! Worst experience of a Chinese in my life. Was meant to come with a free drink for spending over a certain amount, we didn’t receive a drink. Prawn crackers all stale. Disappointed Did not follow dietary requirements which I specified
