The car was left in to sort a minor issue with the wipers and when i collected it there was an awful rattling sound near the engine that wasn't there prior. It sounded as bad as del trotters robin reliant. But the boss there (Neil) talked me out of it by saying the thing fitted was new so would make that noise. They stung me for several hundred pounds over the course of several months by barely fixing one problem (short term fix purposely designed not to last long) and I believe purposely creating a few others. It took a while to lose trust as i thought benefit of the doubt but each fix sounded more like an intentional break. Avoid them like them plague. X.
