   Very upset to put this as I’ve been a loyal customer but now I will never return. After 1.5 hours I called to ask where the order was, they were very apologetic and said 10 minutes, I thought no problem. Another 30 mins (2 hours from ordering) I call again and someone else answers. She proceeds to tell me the driver came, I put the wrong address and wrong phone number. Incorrect to both - I’ve ordered >10 times with both same information was told I didn’t put 07. It’s +44 so this is obvious. I then asked how long and she processed to say “oh you still want it?” Why would I not? You’re going to keep £30 and the food? How come this delivery suddenly went wrong the second time I called but the first time was 10 minutes. Trying to blame the customer was the last straw. The attitude was incredibly rude. The food arrived over 2.15 hours after ordering, stone cold. Not returning. A shame

   Actually 10/10 food fresh , came fast and tastes lovely , huge portions and value for money . Open from 3pm and deliver. Definitely the best in worcester park.

   We ordered a takeaway and was disgusted to say the least. The duck was like it had just came off a bonfire. The rice was clumped together and looked like a brick which was sticky and did not break apart easily. The chicken balls were so greasy that I immediately felt sick once I had swallowed one. The photos of the food (if you can call it food) will speak for itself. I called Classic Wok the following day to ask for a refund only to have the phone hung up on me 3 times and then I was verbally abused by the staff and threatened by one of the staff saying if I keep calling they will pay me a visit to my address as they know where I live. Absolutely unbelievable!

   Placed an order for the fire time through just eat, unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before ordering but as the reviews state - surprise surprise my order did not arrive. When I called there were excuses, so I said fine I will come and pick it up to which they had nothing to say, went out to collect my order which negates the concept of a delivery and it wasn’t anything special. Won’t be ordering again from here!

   Worse restaurant ever! Ordered food never arrived! I kept calling the restaurant and it either kept calling or the lady kept telling me he was one minute away when he wasn’t. Disgusting service. And full of lies

   Ordered starter and special set meal. Arrived on time and was hot. However rang with a query about a missing element. After the 5th call form them interrogating me about the missing item with a lot of shouting in the background I was saying forget it as the other food was getting cold the speaker hung the phone up on me. This is not the first time I have experienced rudeness and poor manners here. Will not buy from classic wok again.
