   Honestly, this place is awful. The food turned up stone cold after a 2 hours wait for the delivery, with three items missing. The food tasted bland and was very oily. The sweet and sour sauce was literally jelly! We spent over £150 and didn't get a single free extra. I thought the other negative reviews were people being picky, but I wish I'd trusted them.

   The food is relatively good but some dishes are lacking a bit as you'd expect from a place that serves both Chinese and Thai dishes together. The fried dumplings are nice but I was a bit disappointed. The mixed vegetables could definitely be improved and the hot n sour soup is missing something.

   I cook better Thai food than this and I don't call myself a Thai takeaway. The pad Thai didn't even have any bean sprouts egg or crushed peanuts in. The sauce had no tamarind. You can't call it pad Thai then! Would never order here again as you can order real Thai food for same price from decent places. And they forgot my mineral water!!

   Very disappointing. Chicken and vegetable dish did not taste good in any way. The chicken tasted reconstituted and a poor sauce. Barbecue spare ribs did not taste good. When I complained and asked for a replacement or refund, I was told I could be sent the same dishes again (?!) or 50% off on my next order. I don't want to order again from them. When I asked if an alternative dish could be sent instead this then wasn't possible as they were too busy. Extremely disappointed as I'm still hungry, no refund and nothing sent in replacement.

   I ordered a takeaway on Tuesday at 19:30, I was forced to pay by card even though I preferred cash. I order 2 portions of chicken wings, egg fried rice and chicken curry. My order came in good time at 20:20, however I recieved only one portion of chicken wings and a portion of ribs. I do not eat pork so I was not happy. When I called the restaurant, the gentleman apologised and informed me that if I would like the chicken wings I would need to wait 2 hours. So I asked for a refund, I was told I would need to wait for the driver to come to my house to refund me. I pointed out I paid by card so they could just refund my card. I was then told they are unable to refund on card so I will have to wait for the driver to bring me cash. It is now Thursday and I have had no refund and no phone call. I will not be ordering again, the restaurant is clearly not efficient and the food I did receive was not up to scratch. It's a shame!
