   Amazing authentic Chinese food for a great price! food was hot and portion sizes were a great size. better than my other local takeaway and my food came quickly with free prawn crackers and a drink. will definitely be coming back

   Rang full wing ordered what I wanted and ASKED how much were spring rolls they said £4.50 I said oh NO too expensive ILL JUST BUY SOME EXTRA SAUCE AND PRAWN CRACKERS the guy says oh the PRAWN CRACKERS ARE FREE so you DONT need to buy them … they obviously didn’t come free so I’ve rang them and asked why and was told nothing they can do it’s MY FAULT I should have known as a regular customer . They didn’t care … I know it sounds silly but they were rude and don’t like to listen if you have a problem. LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER HERE AND WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY.

   A year ago this was a great takeaway , now half the time the the food is either under or over cooked and this time the bottle of coke I ordered was a month out of date ! I won’t ordering from here again.

   This used to be the best takeaway in the area but its really gone downhill this year. We went last night, we questioned about going after having a terrible takeaway from there a few months ago. I was having a rubbish day and spent money we can't really afford to spend and my husband even told them how bad the last order from them was and he was trying to cheer me up on my birthday so please make it a good order. I always love dumplings, they were burnt this time and inedible, the noodles were overly greasy, the crispy, sizzling beef was dry and had only a teaspoon of sauce on so not worth eating either. I'm cross with myself for spending money the mother in law gave me for my birthday to treat myself on an awful takeaway.

   The service here was so bad. We ordered food at 17.15, they told us food will be delivered within 30-40 minutes. We then phoned after an hour to ask where it was they said 15 minutes and has only just now arrived at 19:15. 2 hours after ordering! it is now cold as you can imagine. We phoned to complain and asked for money back they have got the driver to come back and pick up the food. Absolutely ridiculous waiting over 2 hours for a takeaway and for them to come back to take the food back away with them when the reason they were so late apparently is because they only have 1 driver! Driver isn't too busy though to take the food back because you don't want to pay £30 for a cold Chinese. Won't ever be ordering from here again. I suggest if your hungry, don't order from here.
