Dumplings are good, food portion is nice, 1 star less as they need to correct the rice noodles as they r too thick. Rest overall nice food.
The ribs were EXTREMELY chewy with absolutely NO flavour!! Do not waste your money!
Jan has been our regular delivery outlet for maybe 20 years, and we love it! We order 1-2 times a month, the food has never been wrong, and most dishes are as good as any I've had elsewhere. Lovely food. Ordered on the phone and collected was ready in time and very delicious. Chicken chow mein and shredded chilli beef are always my go to . Highly recommend :)
The chicken balls were awful, £4:90 for a 10 small mouthfulls of chicken dripping in oil. The chicken was chewy, the beef curry was underwhelming and overall very poor. I would advise not to order any of these items. The delivery driver was blunt and rude, told me they wasn't busy, but took about an hour and a half to deliver my food after saying 45-1hr. This was very poor and they will never recieve my custom again. Diabolical, shoddy and poor quality
Jan has always offered very average Chinese food but their service used to make them stand out from the rest and a pleasure to order from. However, our recent experience with Jan has left a sour taste in our mouths following some very poor service from their team so we will never return to them.
