Best dentist I have ever had! Amelia is very professional and thorough in her examination, along with being gentle when having to do invasive work. I must also mention that she explains every procedure before going ahead. I would highly recommend Amelia Head to anyone looking for a better experience with a dentist.
I turn up in a lot of pain. First of all the receptionists were extremely good at rearranging the diary to get me two appointments in quick succession. Not bad considering I wasn’t even registered with them at that stage. Then, Alex sorted me out! Excellent ‘bedside manner’ and very clear explanation of the options, which has led to emergency treatment and an agreed way forward. Well done everybody. You saved the day (and the tooth!).
I had my first visit with Andover Dental Practice today with Bobby and as a nervous dental patient, I would 100% recommend him. He made me feel completely at ease and was very thorough when explaining my treatment and making sure any questions I had were answered. The front reception team were so kind and caring and made sure all my information was securely logged and any questions I had were answered brilliantly. Couldn’t recommend this practice enough.
visited Andover Dental Practice for an emergency appointment and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The team were incredibly kind, understanding, and completely professional. I ended up needing a tooth extraction, and to my surprise it was completely painless — I’m sure that’s down to how relaxed and comfortable they made me feel with their calm, confident approach. I followed all their aftercare advice and by the next day I was pain-free. Just a little tenderness if I pressed the gum, but otherwise healing perfectly. I’ve already signed up to make them my regular dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care.
Amazing dental practice! Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s always very clean. Dentist and dental assistant are always very friendly and make you feel important, always taking time to talk, not just rush you in and out. My children have just started at this dentist too and Bobby has made them feel safe and they are no longer scared to go. I would highly recommend.

Bobby Jacob's our dentist was amazing with both our children. They needed some teeth extracting due to them impairing the growth of others & both dentist & nurse handled the situation fantastically reassuring all the way through their treatment. I would definitely recommend them
I really love this dentist. As a classic hater of dentist… I really can’t recommend them enough. The reception team are so lovely and so so helpful! My dentist is absolutely amazing. I’m a really nervous patient and had to recently have a root canal.. I was at ease and always feel like they are genuinely nice people. I’ve now made my grandma and partner go to this dentist and they have also only had nice things to say too.
There aren’t words good enough to explain how grateful I am to have found and registered at this practice. After years of fearing the dentist, I won’t be going forward. Anna was exceptional, calming and kind. She explained everything that was going to happen and put me at ease throughout. All staff members I’ve spoken with so far have all been professional, welcoming and helpful, so thank you very much. Highly recommend!
I use Andover Dental Practice because Anna Tooke works there and I know her to be one of the most professional dentists I have ever worked with and been treated by. Meticulous, thorough, thoughtful and cool under pressure. Unbeatable. Thank you to her and her dedicated team of dental nurses. The reception staff are very good too. (I was her anaesthetist in Porstmouth for ten years and witnessed her excellent work for that time.)
