   I recently had the difficult task of getting a cracked tooth extracted by Dr. Vee on 11.11.2025, and the experience was truly exceptional. From start to finish, I was deeply impressed by her outstanding professionalism and clear expertise. The procedure was swift and seamless, which speaks volumes about her skill. What truly set Dr. Vee apart was her incredible bedside manner; she was kind, patient, and highly reassuring, transforming a stressful situation into a surprisingly comfortable one.    Brilliant dental practice! Two fillings replaced with absolutely zero discomfort. They also made my young daughter feel truly special, (she cannot wait to go back). Dr Vee is exceptional, and with the support of the friendliest team in Karli, Lahmara and Grace, I genuinely couldn’t recommend SW9 Dental more!

   Poor service, would not recommend. Booked an appointment online, then rang to pay early (23 days before appointment). The call dropped out due to poor reception. The receptionist calls back once (which doesn't come through due to the aforementioned reception issues) - then proceeds to cancel my appointment ~5 mins and 30 secs later. No reasonable opportunity was given to move into an area with reception and call back and complete the payment. The policy (apparently) is for the practice to call the customer ~one week before the appointment to confirm. As to why my appointment was cancelled 23 days beforehand, particularly while having shown a clear intention to pay early, is beyond me. If I hadn't have called and offered to pay early in the first place, I would presumably still have my appointment. The reception staff are costing this business money. I have used this place before and wasn't impressed with the support staff's attitude compared to nearby Clapham practices - but looked past it due to the convenient location. On this occasion however, the decision to just cancel the appointment because a call (to pay early) dropped out is ridiculous. I complained in-person and the receptionist resorted to pedantry and deflection as opposed to taking responsibility over a poor decision. The eye-rolls, sighing, and denial about the sequence of events (likely influenced by their colleagues presence in the room) was deplorable behaviour, which would obviously elicit a negative reaction from the aggrieved customer. Hiring options must be extremely limited in the Stockwell area - I'd recommend going to Clapham or Vauxhall and avoiding practices which hire such unprofessional support staff. Screenshots attached as evidence (in anticipation of relevant staff denying the sequence of events as a response to this post). Edit: The unusual amount of reviewers on this page who only have 1-2 reviews on their account makes one question their authenticity. It's not uncommon for businesses like this to try inflate their ratings this way.

   Great service. Went for a check up and came out having had my teeth checked, staining cleaned beautifully and a filling repaired in less than half hour. Team (dentist, dental assistant, receptionist) all very efficient and knowledgeable.

   SW9 has an amazing team ! Great service, from reception to hygienist and dentist. Besides, Dr El-Hayani is one of the best and nicest dentists I’ve come across. Professional, technical, very good with pain management, he proved to be great at implants as well. I have a very specific condition and the implant process and treatment have been fantastic. I recommend you go have your implants there.

   I have been a patient in this dental surgery for almost 2.5 years. I, initially started a treatment that should last 6 months but ended up lasting much more time. The treatment has been very painful, not the treatment itself but instead the lack of care and professionality. For example, straight after leaving the practice a part of the line of my braces would come off ( I was wearing correctors for my teeth) I was coming back to the practice but the next time the dentist would have been available, would have been only the following week, as she was in the practice only once or twice a week) so I had to stay with the pain for one week before having them fixed. I was followed by doctor Jumaly. To make matters worse, not only I was not happy with the final result. So as the treatment was lasting more than expected, I was asked to pay more on top of the cost of the package that had all inclusive for having my teeth straight, it was not a cheap treatment. This obviously is only my experience, but I Would not recommend this practice at all. Hope this can help with your decisions.

   Incompetent receptionist couldn't help me with my account. I traveled all over London for appointment. She told me my account has been banned and there is nothing she can do about it. My appointment was canceled without informing me of it. I was informed that the doctor is not happy to see me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
