My experience with Plumstead Dental Surgery was excellent. The dental team were professional, welcoming, and very friendly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment was clearly explained, and great care was taken throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality dental care in Plumstead.

I would give 0 stars if I could! The worst dental surgery I have ever been to. The dentist named OCTAVIO did root canal on a good tooth accidentally only to find this out in my next appointment with a different dentist. Tooth broke, had to have an extraction. Lost a tooth for no reason. Reception & Management very unprofessional & no customer service at all! Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS PRACTICE especially if you are a nervous person about dental treatments! SAVE YOURSELF.

This was my first visit to this dentist. All the staff were very professional and caring, from the receptionists to the nurses and dentists. A special thank-you to Dr. Khushbu Patel, who looked after me so well. She’s an amazing professional and so kind. I would totally recommend this clinic. I must say, the treatment I received was equal to or even better than that of a fully private clinic. Many thanks!

Terrible customer service from this dental surgery. I had an appointment and they did not inform me it was cancelled until i arrived for my appointment, and when I asked why I was given a sarcastic response from the receptionist who struggled speaking English or giving me the reason. I then rebooked it, and it was cancelled again, this time they gave me 1 hour notice on the morning of, once again inconveniencing my whole day. If you can avoid, please do. Unproffesional and unethical.

I had an outstanding experience at Plumstead Dental Surgery when I went there for a tooth filling. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming and highly professional. The clinic is clean, modern and well equipped which immediately put me at ease. Dentist Octavio Dias and his dental nurse Marysha Gurung were exceptional, thorough in explaining the procedure, gentle throughout the treatment and attentive to any concerns I had. The surgery itself was quiet, efficient and virtually painless. I highly recommend Plumstead Dental Surgery to anyone looking for skilled dental professionals who truly care about their patients' comfort and health.

Visited this surgery to support my partner. The receptionist is not discreet with personal information. I was embarrassed to hear her ask patients loudly about if they receive benefits from the government whilst checking them in. Please in future may we keep discreet information at a low volume tone. It’s uncomfortable to know everyone’s business.

Andreana Omelyanovska, was super helpful, and very good dentist, my son was in pain and we came to the practice as emergency pt. And thankfully Dr. Andreana was very kind to see my son. And she did a very good job, my son is happy now as he is now pain free. Thank you so much and have a happy new year.

I have been to PDS for some years and I have to say that their new dentist (Andriana) is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I had an emergency appointment following excessive pain in my mouth. She made herself available the same day I called. She scheduled me in for a wisdom tooth removal soon after. The area got infected a few days after the procedure and I requested another emergency appointment, which she made herself available for the same day. She is incredibly talented and caring. She makes herself available for her patients and is very considerate throughout each visit (playing relaxing music and frequently asking if I’m ok). 5 / 5 rating for Andriana! Someone please make her a partner and get her to stay forever!

Mum , my partner and I have been so fortunate to be a patient of the most wonderful dentist any of us have had the privilege of meeting . Dr Z and nurse G are the ‘a-team’. Dr Z is compassionate , empathetic , an excellent communicator, kind, professional and experienced beyond her years . I have total faith in her advice and treatment . She is by far the best dentist I’ve been a patient off, and I’ve had some fantastic dentists . She puts her patients first and at ease . I know she treats us as if we are family members, this is a real privilege, and I truly believe this is how she treats all her patients . She will bend over backwards to accommodate, and provides nothing but the best of care . We all agree that we would follow her to any practice, if she ever decided to move. I don’t believe money could buy a better dentist or dental nurse . I feel the practice is so lucky to have such a patient focused team, as is the community . We are now, not apprehensive about our appointments, as we know we are getting the best of care, and in such gentle professional hands . Between us we’ve had a variety of treatments including fillings , crown and dentures with 100% satisfaction . I highly recommend this wonderful duet, two amazing humans. Thank you Dr Z and nurse G.

I am an anxious dentist patient. I can't explain why but I am off the scale nervous and anxious. I went for an emergency appointment for what I thought was a filling. After a computer glitch was dealt with the dentist updated my medical details (this is an important detail), she then proceeded to be extremely condescending and brash despite my records showing I was an anxious patient. I then began to cry to which she exclaimed "are you crying?" she then patronised me further by using what I can only imagine is the voice and tone she uses for 3 year old patients though tinged with passive aggression. To cut a long story short it wasn't a simple filling, I needed urgent surgery on a complicated wisdom tooth. I needed a referral to Guy's for a CT scan and surgery. The dentist continued to informing me she had 3 degrees so I shouldn't be so worried and she would do my referral asap. The pain I was experiencing started to increase over the course of the wk so I decided to call the surgery for a status update on the referral. Reception informed me she wasn't in the surgery that day but she would see if she could call me. 1 message was left on my phone by the dentist asking me to pop in after the bank holiday wkend so she could take a look (no mention of medical details -important detail). I called back after the bank holiday wkend as I was aware the dentist couldn't really do anything for me so the appointment was not needed but could I have an update on the status of the referral. I was then connected to the dentist who revealed she hadn't done the referral to Guy's and that she couldn't until I gave her my medical details.......(remember the original appointment.... the computer glitch and then her taking down my medical details!?!?). I was a bit gobsmacked it hadn't been done and began to get anxious and tearful (remember she told me this was urgent surgery she hadn't bothered to process). She then started going on about it taking 7-8 months and over the course of her explanation said 6-8wks. I asked what she meant by saying months and wks to which she told me she hadn't said that at all and that I should stop raising my voice also implying I was lying especially as she claimed she couldn't process the referral as she didn't have medical details (remember she asked me after the computer glitch! My voice was trying to hold back tears and the shake in my vocal cords while being on loud speaker in my car. Not shouting or aggressive but scared and choking back tears!). The emergency appointment I had was so vivid in my memory due to the distress and news of needing surgery there is no chance the "missing" medical details is a fabricated story. So very disappointed by this dentist's manner and patient care. I am, needless to say, joining a new dentist surgery. The lesson I have taken away from this is no matter how many degrees you have under your belt, they mean squat if your social skills are rock bottom.
