   Horror Went to the blue ginger on the harrow rd on 17th November 2022 first instinct should have told me to run ie all the glass in the shop front cracked and damaged ,blinds in the window damaged, dirty floors in the public area, looked through the doorway to the kitchen the skirting boards were black with dirt, food arrived and left and went home opened the special fried rice, this was stuck together in one clump, the rice was mush, opened the sweet and sour chicken, it stunk, the smell was disgusting, instantly bagged both rice and sweet and sour chicken and it went straight in the bin. To everyone who loves Chinese food please don’t eat from here as this is the worst Chinese food I have experienced in my life. It’s not fit for human consumption. STAY AWAY. !!!!!!!!!

   Horrible experience we had today. We were the first customers in afternoon in the restaurant. Ordered crispy corn and spinach veg starter. I must mention that first bite and it totally put me off. Terribly salty and smelled horribly like fish. Either restaurant uses same wok to cook non-veg or multiple times heated oil had been used to fry corn and spinach today. Then came the main course - veg manchurian gravy and veg hakka noodles. Manchurian gravy was sweet!!! Where on earth is this gravy supposed to be sweet like sweetdish? And same oil story with noodles again…smelling like fish. The afternoon got spoiled with pathetic food and to top it all the hotel lady manager had the audacity to respond ‘this is our standards’!!!! Shameless staff and hospitality like hell.

   Delivery was quick but the food was not good. It didn't even taste like Chinese. Noodles were very thin, the rice had so much gravy and the chilli beef was tasteless and swimming in runny sauce, worst Chinese I've eaten.

   Nice staff, standard Chinese takeaway portions and prices but not the flavours you'd expect. A couple of surprisingly strong aniseed flavours and soups are sickly sweet and unpleasant - added white pepper at home to try and neutralise some of the sweetness but couldn't get past it and had to abandon it. A little slow in service too.

   The special fryed rice was hard. Wasn't cooked. The chicken curry just tasted of curry powder. The ribs were fatty. The prawn balls were reheated tasted like rubber. The food was so bad that we put it all in the bin. What a waste of money. When I called the shop to tell them. I was told. WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT. Never again will I eat from this shop again.

   The most disgusting Chinese I've ever had. I usually order from the oriental gourmet (also on harrow road, delicious food, good timing too!), but by mistake called this place. Chicken tasted like rubber, rice was dry, nothing special about the special fried rice, no flavour, prawn balls were more like dough rocks with over cooked prawns in the middle, satay sauce tasted like a horrible concunction of oil, sugar and cheap peanut butter. Over all I would say this place is an absolute no go, if it were an option I wouldn't even give them one star.
