Food was delayed over 1.5 hours. No one answered the phone. When I got there myself, it was a total mess. The guy was rude and arrogant. Will not order ever again from here
Uploaded 2 images.of the Malaysian satay I ordered. One is their photo, the other is reality. For some reason if you upgrade to a more expensive chicken they remove all the vegetables. How does that make sense. It used to be good and include the vegetables but honestly this is very poor almost to the point of inedible. Probably won’t be ordering again
I ordered food here from Deliveroo and I just had to give a good review. I got the dimsum platter mixed for one which had a great variety. I got a spicy beef ramen which was flavourful and actually spicy! Also the portion size for that was really good too, enough for two. I also had some sesame balls which was a nice sweet treat in the end that wasn’t too sickly sweet. Really good quality food and will definitely buy from here again !!
My order was completely wrong, wrong rice and wrong noodles in both meals when I tried to call the restaurant staff members informed me that it was a mistake and I must spend more money to get the order rectified also she only said sorry for the mistake but wasn't willing to correct it and this is why you're getting a star. The food tastes bland oyster sauce and sugar poorly made and lacks authentic seasoning the rice is mushy and stiff and the vermicelli is dry no moisture. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!!!
I ordered the Satay Fried Rice and received two portions of completely plain, unseasoned rice — no satay flavour, no vegetables, no salt, nothing. Just plain white rice with absolutely no taste. I also tried calling the restaurant because the delivery driver wasn’t moving for a long time, but no one answered. Very poor experience and not what I expected at all.
Never had a bad meal here, kids love it, perfect takeaway for us. Once you have mastered the website and know how to order what you like. Its consistent and quick, well packaged and hot. We always demolish it. It's not 5star gourmet dining but in our opinion, you cant go wrong for a good selection of everything you like, tasty, well packaged and quick delivery. It's a repeat thumbs up from us. Thanks Fortune Cat.
Ordered food from fortune cat a few times and tonight was disappointed. I had japenese teriyaki with rice and chicken Hong Kong style and rice pots. Japanese teriyaki was not very nice,Hong Kong chicken was OK no problems, chicken spring rolls wasn't crispy soggy. Will try high barnet next time. See the comp.
A nice restaurant to get some pretty good Chinese takeout. I have ordered there a couple of times on food delivery sites and couldn't pass up the opportunity to get a take out when I was in the area. The meals are good value for money in my opinion
I ordered delivery from deliveroo. The packaging was completely nonsensical. I ordered a box meal (main + side) with chips as my side. I intended to give the chips to another person. I specifically wrote "Please package chips separately- thank you!" On the instructions. The order arrived with the messy, sludge of wet chicken and sauces directly on top of the chips in a single container... Who does that? The chips were completely inedible. Not to mention the mains were not that great as well.
