Absolutely vile, nasty, aggressive attitude from the manager just because the assistant (who was lovely) asked if I could exchange something without a receipt. She came over to the till with this attitude without even speaking to me or finding out the circumstances of the return first
Very pleasant lady served us when we went in to collect a click and collect order. Whole process was very simple and easy, no hassle at all.
Popped into cotton traders here in dobbies precinct I really like their mens jumpers always warm for winter it's my go to shop for Christmas shopping nice staff always helpful their clothes always wash well and they had some great offers today
Good quality and quick delivery.
Had order delivered there for free, easy to return items & re order different size. Down side is there's only one till so we caused a queue this morning. Being at Dobbies means free parking though.
Very unusually the collection was very much delayed waited almost 2 weeks but other than that everything perfect
According to the Web site ur shop Bolsover Chesterfiield closes at 18:00 I arrived at 17:25 on the 14th February 2022 and I was signaled by a member of staff that the shop was closed so do you close at 17:00 or as advertised 18:00. Most disappointed as I had traveled a few miles to get to the shop which was clearly a waste of time.
Manageress not very pleasant to staff in shop , in front of customers , someone in such a position should be more refined in such a customer facing role , probably give this store a miss in the future.
