It's a great charity but im afraid to say that the staff are very unfriendly not welcoming. The people who use to ran it before were so nice . Going to go to the one down the road more friendlier . It doesn't cost anything to be welcoming
Called in today and I was helped by a very courteous and professional lady.Caroline (Manager ?) She even looked through the stuff in the back to see if there was anything.Really efficient.She deserved , and got , the sale.Highly recommended
.I visited the shop today at around 4:20 and approached a staff member who was standing by the door with keys. I politely asked if the shop was still open, and was told, rather abruptly, “I close in five minutes.” While I understand that it was near closing time, the manner in which this was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. It left me with a poor impression, and unfortunately, it’s made me hesitant to return. I believe customer service should remain courteous right up until closing, and this interaction fell short of that standard.
Staff are very friendly and the stock inside is a bargain win win all round

A nice shop...BUT...it is the most expensive charity shop for miles around. No bargains to be had here...and they need to remember that is the reason people go to look around a charity shop.
Love this charity shop. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Prices are always reasonable. Great quality clothes and goods. Go for a few things and come out with lots. Thank you staff.
