Never received my order. Restaurant marked order as delivered TWICE on Just Eat - falsely - and then didn’t answer further calls. Avoid!
If it wasn’t for having to wait 1 hour 47 minutes for my order to arrive and for there then to be a hair in the food and a chicken satay to not have any element of being a satay I would of actually given it 2 stars for the food , as in regards to how they handled my complaint there lucky for there being 1 star as the lowest and for this to be a country with a threat of a prison service !!!!
The food was Stale, tasted like it was there for Days…. The portions are a Joke… BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY from here, you’ll end up with food poisoning.
Given a one star for the food I’m afraid I think the owner needs to get a new chef. The prawn balls were overcooked and almost spent but the person I spoke to sent a replacement which was very nice of him but unfortunately they were so salty we couldn’t eat them. The Vermicelli noodles is supposed to have three different types of meat in there prawns beef and chicken there was hardly any in there. It was very disappointing and all of the food has gone to waste. I will be calling them tomorrow for a refund. I will give five stars for the cool handler that sorted it out quickly and give me a replacement. I think it’s the chef that is the issue.

Ordered at 7.30pm. After 2 phone calls food appeared at 9.55pm, minus some of the already paid-for order. Waiting to see what happens next - after another phone call. Pity. The food here is good - I’ve ordered often - but recently the service is totally unacceptable. Until they fix their management it will be better to go elsewhere.
They have improved since I personally addressed the cleainess of the waiting and dining area. They are friendly while professional.
First time ordering thru Deliveroo food came fast but pricey £20 for 2 udons. Noodles were really HOT as in warmed up but they were not FRESH. No flavour or spices, mushrooms were watery and odd tasting probs canned. Save your money people and pass on this!
Overall, the good is average. Felt the Singapore Rice noodle is bit oily and missing its authentic spices. Also, the salt and pepper squid is way to oily. Not the best chicken chow mien I had.
First went here a few years ago as I found the name quite funny, didn't expect it to be any good from the reviews however this has vast become one of my favourite Chinese take aways to have, very tasty. The reason I don't go here often is the location is a little too far so if I ever am in that direction I definitely do stop in and grab something. Normally its through delivery. Though sometimes I wish the delivery costs was a bit lower due to how much you spend here as it isn't the cheapest chinese, however I do not mind as its very tasty never had any issues from here at all
