   I made an order on 18th December which was all fantastic apart from I found the chicken quite overcooked. However, I called up to get assistance with ordering initially and was met with an English guy on the phone who was incredibly helpful and patient too. The food was delivered promptly, the delivery guy’s manner was fantastic and the food was all very tasty. When I noted the chicken, I called up and the same guy helped by organising a replacement dish which arrived soon and which was cooked perfectly. Absolutely fantastic service in multiple ways. Am 100% ordering here again.

   I recently ordered the mixed vegetable chow mein from New China Wok, and overall, it was a solid experience. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right, still crisp, not overdone. The noodles had a nice texture, and the portion size was generous for the price. The flavor was mild but satisfying, though it could have used a bit more seasoning or sauce to make it stand out. The service was quick and friendly, and my order was ready on time. If you're looking for a simple, veggie-packed meal that's not too heavy, this is a good option. I'd definitely consider ordering from them again.

   We love new China Wok!! The service is 5* and the food is the best Chinese in Croydon. They even remember your orders If you make a mistake on Just eat they will call to make sure you've picked the right dish. Always happy to here from us top take away . Kelly and Steve Thornton road

   It's 21/10/22 I've placed order here before with no issues so ordered a delivery today but it was tasteless after a very "its not our fault conversation on the phone "I had to drive down to return the whole food as I wasn't putting my money in the bin!!!! Shame but that's my last order from this place!

   Absolutely appalling customer service. Using a rogue driver to do their deliveries. Beware of ordering from this restaurant. Police have been contacted about them. I ordered from them but the food didn't turn up. Woman there said "oh you can get your money back from uber'. Their driver was very aggressive, and may not have been an actual Uber delivery driver. He was also smoking inside the takeaway, which the proprietors didn't mind at all. Disgusting. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star.

   Honestly this is the BEST Chinese I have tasted in years. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is crispy yet covered in sauce. How?! Rice is lovely. Prawns are amazing. Everything from here is lovely. Even the drivers! Such good value for money and portion size is good.
