   I read the reviews and almost didn’t go, but glad I did as she was really nice and friendly! So was her son. The food was really nice, she listened to my instructions. I’ll most definitely go back there. The I took one star away because the salt and pepper prawns were to doughy for my, but I still ate it. Got salt and pepper chips, prawns, regular special chow mein, salt and pepper wings which came to £24.90!

   My experience visiting this Chinese food shop today was absolutely horrible with poor customer service. If there were a 0 in ratings, I would have chosen it. The woman who answered the call was rude, arrogant and disrespectful with no manners. If this were the only Chinese food shop in London I would never ever step foot into it. Highly not recommended

   I recently had a party and ordered the special chow main, Singapore chow main and special fried rice.. it went down a treat it was sooo good..delivery came on time and food was hot and cooked really well. All prawns were cleaned and food was tasty. I highly recommend.

   Today was the last straw with this restaurant ordered special noodles NO prawns !!!what was sent prawns phoned to inform them they had sent the incorrect order considering i have never had seafood since a child because of alleries .the person on the phone was very rude and Said there was nothing she could do to help after spending £20+ no result never again.

   The lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful!! No manners. She never wants to listen and is always huffing and puffing down the phone. If she can’t handle the pressure she should step down. Everything is a problem for this lady!! Rubbish customer service. Never listens to order notes!! Food always takes 1.5hrs and ALWAYS arrives COLD!!! We spend a lot of money each time here and it never improves!! Should spend money with a restaurant that actually cares about its regular customers.
