HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.HORRIBLE TIMING. I waited 1hr and 30min for my food and every 20 they would promise me it would come in “20min”. by the time it hit 40min they had only just realised the food hasn’t be dispatched. we only ordered 4 small pieces of food and it took1hr and a half. we were promised a refund for this and we still haven’t got it!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Ordered my food, the time in the app was saying the food will be with me in 15mins, the restaurant is not that far so ok, after 30 I called and the guy told me my food was 2 mins away...After 45 mins I called the restaurant to cancel my order, they accept it. My surprise was after 1h, the driver was downstairs with the food, i refused as I cancelled over the phone and Im sure the food was going to be cold, im was eating by this point. They charged me the full order. Im in touch with the app but I want to make sure everyone knows they are a fraud of restaurant and they customer service is horrible.

Firstly the food took 2 hours 20 mins to arrive. This was 1.5 hours late. Every time I called they said they were busy and that the food was on the way (restaurant is 10 minutes away). The food arrived at room temperature. I wouldn’t have been surprised if someone told me it had been sat in a car all day. The fried rice was mushy and the spring rolls were wet and soggy. Even after warming it up I couldn’t eat much of it. My appetite had been completely put off. The food was very expensive for what it was. Double the price of my usual place and not nearly good. If you’re thinking about trying out a new place, I would avoid choosing this restaurant.

Avoid seriously... * Edit, I called them telling I had posted a review on google proving I was not lying and they seemed apologetic and offered to send me a fresh duck chow mein. They also asked me not to post a review, guess it was to late for that but at least they trying to make ammends for their mistake. We shall see! Edit 2, They did send me a duck chow mein the next day which was very good, but what is the point in having good food when your customer service is terrible and they suggest you are lying when they are the ones that got it wrong. Seems from all the other bad reviews I am one of many experiencing poor service. Such as shame as their food is very good. Giving one extra star as they tried to make ammends but only after I said I was posting reviews.. Firstly the Fried Crispy Pancake Roll (2) I ordered were not the large ones as expected for £5.25. They were the small ones and only had prawns and veg in them. So false advertising or description there. But far worse after a few bites of the Duck Chow Mein I had to spit it out as it tasted of cheap chicken. Looked at the meat and as you can clearly see it is white chicken meat. I cannot stand this cheap battery farm chicken these take outs use, it makes me feel ill. Called the restaurant whom argued with me for 7 minutes. At first they suggested I take photos and start emailing just eat, bear in mind this was gone 11pm on a Saturday night. Then they had the gall to insinuate I was lying because I didn't receive free prawn crackers. Back in the day perhaps only 10 years or so ago all Chinese take out used to give free prawn crackers to orders over a certain amount. So I made a little harmless joke on the order page asking do I get free prawn crackers for being a regular customer.... Told them I had ordering from them for years, they didn't seem to care just argued with me more and on my second call they said they could send another duck chow mein another time. They they treated me with such utter contempt and disrespect, it was appalling so I told them I'd never be never be ordering again. To be honest all I wanted was a simply apology and maybe a refund for that dish. But they just had to be condescending and rude about it didn't they. I cannot really afford take out these days, it was a special treat to order Chinese and it utterly ruined my night as went to bed irate and hungry I felt like they had stolen my £16. With the majority of reviews here for them being so very negative quite how they manage to stay in business is utterly bewildering!

I did not receive my order. It said my order would arrive at 11pm and it did not. I stood outside from 11pm and no one nor a delivery driver came. I’m not sure what fraudulent company they are running over there. On top of that when I called they insisted it was delivered which is a lie. As in order to access my flat you have to call. Fraudulent company. And on top of that the manager has a disgusting attitude was rude completely terrible experience. Don’t ever order from them. They will lie and say they delivered your order and will keep your money. All the people that work there are rude and disgusting. Poor management useless staff. Terrible driver that didn’t even turn up. Terrible experience. Wotless Place.
