   Awful experience. Wife was told that we couldn’t have a paper receipt as it was a digital till. So she gave her email address reluctantly, but then we were given a paper receipt at the end. So the lady lied to us just to get her email address.

   If i could put no stars, i would. I had an email saying what i had ordered was in the store ready to collect. So i went to collect it and Isobele told us that they don’t get delivery’s until next tuesday (when I needed the bag). This girl, Isobele was so rude and gave the biggest dirtiest looks! I know it wasn’t her fault about the delivery but the way she was talking to us and looking at us was absolutely awful! Very bad impression for the store.

   I am very disappointed, there was clearly not enough staff in. Poor service on the shop floor, if anyone was there, they was no one helping at all, the changing rooms had no one there, the store was a mess and the two on the till were so slow, I was 4th in the que and was waiting 15 minutes, by the time I left there was a qué nearly out the door

   Awful customer service. Massive queue and the branch manager was telling her staff that she needed to get home on time and that the store needed to be tidy before they all left. A very long wait to purchase goods and only one person on the till. Taking money from customers and giving good customer service should be a priority for the business, tidy the store afterwards!
