   Thank you to Shah who assisted us with buying our boys some sandals yesterday. She took the time to measure their feet and provide a selection of different styles for them to choose from. My eldest son has autism, so he's often feeling anxious. However, Shah made him feel completely at ease. Wonderful service from start to finish. I highly recommend this store.

   Used to be a loyal customer but service has gone down since being taken over. Staff rude and last visit saw the store close before prescribed closing time. Final nail was the second pair of faulty shoes (pictured after 10 days of wear) brought and the store has refused to replace citing user error despite evidence to the contrary.

   Been in this morning to get my kids school shoes and the staff there are lovely and know what they are doing. They were very helpful as my son has autism and the lady managed to keep him calm and he was very comfortable young man that were working there. I would come again as my son loved them both and was happy with the shoes they found him.

   Ruth was fantastic today. Traditionally I would go to a high street store but visited Hopscotch today after a poor fitting at C's. Ruth was attentive and found what we were looking for the first time. She really looked after us and we were in and out with new school shoes on my daughter's feet within 30 minutes. Never again will I go to a high street chain. Local all the way! Thanks Ruth

   I believe the selection of shoes and sizes is really good. The staff are great at measuring the feet. We didn’t make an appointment yet the lady gave us ample time to assist us with getting some shoes. I would say that the prices aren’t competitive at all with what’s available so you’re going to be paying the full wack. I would have got the shoes online for much cheaper but then again my kids wouldn’t have been able to try them on and get assistance. I’ll also say if you get stuck while the staff are busy you could be waiting a while even if you just want a simple return. That’s what happened to me once, I felt like the lady could have helped 1 min with my return and then gone back to her customer that was a very long wait.

   Great shoe shop, lots of choice with helpful and friendly staff. Excellent range of shoes; Ricosta, Start-rite, Petasil, Birkenstock, pediped, Geox etc... Parking is available on the street nearby, lots of other independent shops and cafes along the road too.

   We went in for our son's first pair of shoes and the girl who served us was engaging, polite and welcoming. The whole experience was fantastic and we left with a free picture of the little man in his new shoes. We'll definitely be going back for his next pair.
