   Must give a HUGE thanks to Mandy at the shop. I called looking for a specific pair of Uggs and she was happy to set a pair aside, even at this time of year and with such high demand. Cannot thank her enough. Will definitely return to the shop up at Roundhay as there’s an excellent selection of footwear up there and my wife will more than happy to spend the housekeeping in there. 11/10 for an exceptional customer experience!!

   It is my father's 1st death anniversary and went to reminisce Street lane where we lived. Me and my sister went into Daniels to see if we liked anything. Everything was out dated and awful so we walked out within 60 seconds. One of the staff came running after us and said have you left a bag in the shop but was scanning me. And she went back, I was horrified by her actions as she looked at me as if I stole something from the shoe shop. My handbag was very small that I could not fit a child's shoe nevermind anything else. We went to question her and she said yes she thought I had stolen from the shop. I was in shock as I have never in my life experienced anything like this!!! She was actually argumentative and said review or do what ever. THIS SHOP IS OUTDATED WITH CHEAP STOCK WHICH IS FROM YEARS AGO. I told her my father passed which I shouldn't have had tohence being in the area. . I am still in shock!!! Will never go into that shop ever again. Please be ⚠️

   Best privately owned shoe boutique in the Leeds area. Unusual range... modern up to date styles. Yes ... a little more than your everyday Kurt Geigers or Modas but that's the price you pay to have something that not everyone else has!! Ladies who run both Horsforth and Roundhay stores treat customers with such warmth and greet you like old friends. Daniel footwear is my first consideration every time!!
