NO Stars Ordered my first pair almost a month ago next day delivery - EVRI lost them. Mods don't care - no phone lines / a week to answer an email / no online chat - nothing nothing nothing! After 2 weeks daily emailing mods / EVRI I finally get a response from MODA They send a replacement out to me and lo and behold - exactly the same things happens again I HAVE NO PARCEL MODA HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR A MONTH AND I HAVE NOTING IN RETURN EVRI have apparently conducted their second deep search haha! but no luck. They tell me they have left MODA know - so why have I not heard a thing from MODA ?? as I said MODA absolutely do not care. How much longer do I need to wait. I've given up now trying to chase the boots (two pairs) and I just want a refund. MODA pls react to this and help me. EVRI and MODA are identical in their non existent customer service - you can't get hold of neither - it is absolutely disgusting / disgraceful behaviour.

Bought some lovely boots from York store as a Christmas gift from my husband and started wearing them on New Year's Eve, unfortunately the button trims have come away and upon taking them back to Sheffield meadowhall branch for them to have a look at the fault early February I have not received any calls or emails to acknowledge a course of action for the complaint. I'm sorry but I'm not feeling very satisfied with my purchase or the service.

Hello, I'm writing this for informational purposes for those who will be coming here. If you search under the name "mode in bella," you'll find yourself in a Ferris wheel-like situation. The name "frontline" is written outside the building, and vehicle access is very poor. The staff are friendly and have no problems.
