Rita has been amazing, we visited the store twice this week and on both occasions the service was brilliant and caring. She established great rapport and I was able buy footwear for my wife and my daughter. Will certainly visit next at Whiterose, sad to hear they are closing the Leeds Briggate store.
Molly provided us with the most amazing service I have experienced in retail. She was patient and helped me decide on my work shoes to buy. Due to the service provided, I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. She is an asset to your company. 5 star service
Visited the shop this evening, the manager was very friendly. Tried on some boots which didn’t fit me so tried on the larger size, then tried with an insole too but still no good (sadly!) The manager was lovely and didn’t pressure me into buying any pair. The shop itself had a wide variety of shoes and different colour options.

I went into buy some shoes and the staff were really nice and polite and I got told I would be able to return them if they didn't fit, the shoes didn't fit so I've gone back to swap them for a smaller size and they wouldn't let me they said the shoes had been worn too much even though all I've done is try them on at home the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude about it I tried to explain to her that I can't have walked in them as they were too big and uncomfortable to even wear, I said to her that I couldn't have gone out in them as they are way too big and she continued to argue with me about it I asked if I could just buy a smaller size and she refused to let me
Patient and helpful staffs! When it gets busy, it’s hard to get a hold of them but otherwise, they all put in the initiatives to help. Not sure how knowledgeable they were on the shoes themselves though
wouldn’t call this place ‘LGBT friendly’ after i got called a lady simply because they didn’t have the shoes i wanted in mens size and had to resort to a ‘womens’ size especially after stating I was purposely looking in the men’s section. some staff are friendly but others seem like they don’t wanna be there. not my place to judge, but then again, not their place to determine my gender over some shoes. maybe i’m being dramatic but it sucks being misgendered by a place that’s ‘LGBT friendly’. i’m not the type of person to write a negative review but this really ruined my day.
Lovely shop with extremely good location. Fab staff who will welcome you all the time. A variety of options and you can easily find what you like there. Old shoes recycle is also available in the shop which is a fantastic idea!! Bring your old shoes to get a £5 voucher! Some of their (cheap) shoes do not last long. I bought one last year in order to wear in the office when working but it crushed within a year. However, they were actually quite comfy and beautiful. Considering the price I am actually quite satisfied! They also have shoes from famous brands with very good quality either in store or online. The online shopping experience is wonderful as well. Quick delivery, shiny products in a well-protected package, easy return and refund policy - anyways price from low to high, you will always find what you want!
