   I don’t normally do reviews however I went here for shoes for my little brother for school and was greeted with lack of staff, for such a large store, I was expecting way more staff to be on to help people, especially this time of the year with kids going back to school. The little amount of staff that were on looked stressed trying to get round to everyone, as well as being at till, I did have a really good experience with a young looking woman with black hair who helped me at till, besides from that, utterly appalled. Do better Deichmann

   Am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Leeds Trinity Mall branch. The behavior of a bald male staff member at the front was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. His poor attitude and lack of basic customer service skills have left me extremely disappointed with my visit. As a loyal customer who values good service, this experience was a significant letdown. It was clear that he did not prioritize assisting customers and displayed no effort to create a welcoming environment. I am appalled at how this individual represents your brand and cannot imagine returning to this store while such behavior is tolerated. I strongly urge you to take appropriate action regarding this employee to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

   poor selection, nothing in my size. all heels looked worn, especially lighter ones. picked up a few, bottoms dirty, edges dirt on them. clearly someone worn them, returned them and staff put it back on shelves without cleaning them even. charity shop shoes look cleaner!
