   I visited the Leeds store recently and was blown away by both the atmosphere and the service. The shoes were exactly the kind of unique, high-quality Jeffery-West is known for, but what really made the visit stand out was Mitchell. From the moment I walked in, Mitchell was genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the brand. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great styling advice, and made the whole experience feel effortless. No pushy sales — just proper customer care and expertise!! I left with a pair of shoes I absolutely love, and I’ll 100% be returning. If you’re visiting Jeffery-West Leeds, definitely ask for Mitchell. Top-tier service from start to finish.

   Excellent service. Very professional and helpful staff. Boots purchased are comfortable and are great quality. Update. When I first visited the store, the staff were helpful and friendly. We went in a couple of days ago and the 2 staff members were too busy talking to each other and didn't acknowledge us. I was interested in a £300 paid of boots, but the money is still in my bank and not yours. How to loose positive reviews and customers!!

   The high quality of Jeffery West boots, shoes and accessories speak for themselves and as an owner of several pairs and regular visits to the Leeds JW store, I cannot recommend them enough. A great easy going vibe in store and always made very welcome by the whole team. Absolutely first class customer service is always provided by Mitchell, Sennen and the team.

   Jeff West shoes shop I have large broad feet that are 12 inches in size. But I like slim fitting designer shoes. I have been struggling for years to find pairs of shoes that are comfortable and stylish. I have visited all the major chain stores for a pair of shoes but struggled to find what I wanted. By accident I walked past Jeff West at first site the shoes in the window did not look like the styles that suited me. On entering the shop I was greated by friendly male shop assistant who listen to me and my problems. He recommended some shoes and explain the design of the shoes allows for my needs. So i was surprised when i tried a pair of shoes on that fitted me like a glove. I will be going back for another pair so can recommended the Jeff West men's shoe shop to men who have large feet who want to remain stylish. Sinks

   First pair of Jeffery Wests bought today after years of smudging my nose up at the window. I had my daughter with me to help choose and the sales assistant Joanna was brilliant! None-pressured, friendly and helpful. We had in her words a 'shoe party' trying on different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. First class service to match the shoes they sell

   Bought two pairs at the Leeds store so far and the staff are friendlyand helpful. I had an issue with the fur lining coming up on my second pair so I let them know, and dropped the shoes back off with them - sorted within a day or two. Great!
