   I absolutely love this store - I recently found out they stock (and have stocked for years) one of my most favourite designers. They have always been my go to for gifting, and they will not only continue to be, but now I know I can gift myself too. If you're looking for gorgeous gifts, clothing, jewellery, crockery and more - you won't find any where else close to this treasure trove on the high street. Beautiful!

   I love this store! I ordered a bomber jacket online and I didn’t catch that PayPal had my old address as the default. I emailed them and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. They were super nice and understanding and fixed it so I could reorder. The shipping from the UK to the US was very quick and the jacket was very well packaged. I couldn’t be happier with the jacket I ordered! I highly recommend shopping at this store! I will definitely be back!

   This store, usually ranking in my top 3 in Sheffield, has been a frequent shopping destination for my family and me due to its appealing furnishings, clothing, and accessories. However, my positive perception took a sharp turn today. While trying on earrings, a male clerk approached me abruptly, insisting that if I tried them on, I must purchase them. Despite no prior indication in the store about such a policy, I reluctantly bought the earrings. This encounter significantly tarnished my overall consumer experience, revealing an unexpected and unpleasant attitude from the staff.

   I ordered 2 sets of 4 mugs online and received email confirmation clearly stating this. However, I only received one set. My emails were ignored and when I finally managed to speak to someone he said the website pricing was wrong and had now been changed. Eventually he promised to send the missing set but hasn't bothered.Very disappointing and made worse by the broken promise. I don't recommend. Update on this review. I have now received the complete order and the store refunded the amount paid to my account. I didn't expect or ask for the refund and will donate it to The Brain Tumour Charity. Thank you Collard Manson for your fast response to my post.
