We ordered takeout twice and the flavor is just authentic! I grew up in the Northern part of China and their dishes were super tasty and authentic. Faste delivery

Don't let the rough around the edges put you off. The food is so good. Our family of three, chose the hot pot which was £37 per head with 8 meat options and 8 veg options - all portions were very generous. Really traditional style charcoal hotpot, fresh ingredients and great service. A must try.

Great local Chinese eatery, specializing in hot pot but also with a great selection of à la carte menu items. The cold beef and tripe and other Sichuan specialties are my favorites! Highly recommended if you are looking for authentic Chinese food.

Tried take out once and we don't like the food at all. Tried dine in again to see if anything changes. Ummm i wouldn't say it is that authentic taste. It can be a backup option. The price is quite reasonable though. The food hygiene rating is 3 better than I thought.

Good authentic Chinese food, reasonable pricing for the dishes, good selection too! Super fast serving of piping hot food, service was fine (just another typical Chinese restaurants services ;))

Living in Isle of dogs I was looking for nice chinese food in the area for a take away. So food was very good (plentifull portions and right price) and the staff at the take away counter were very very friendly and courteous. So I feel so happy for this choose. I put five stars so I will definitely come back to eat at the restaurant floor. Thank you very much.

So I was here for hotpot buffet and used up the 90 minute timeframe that we had. But I wasn't impressed when in the circumstance that the restaurant wasn't full the waiter still insisted on taking away the still-boiling pot when we were still eating but almost finished. Well c'mon I'm not asking much but if your restaurant is NOT FULL, it would be appreciated if you could at least let us speed up a lil to finish what we had left. I guess they felt good throwing their own food away rather than letting us finish. What I'm saying is that even if you rush us out, your restaurant wasn't going to be full at the time, so I do not get the logic (I know there is no logic) - I totally understand however that if there was a queue outside but there wasn't, so.

Small cozy restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood with nice selection of Chinese dishes, hotpot and even skewers. The charcoal hotpot is such a rare sight, with a decent selection of ingredients. Good for a small group hangout, but do book in advance since the place is small and table fill up fast.

It's a small shop about 5 mins walk from the tube station. There's option for all you can eat hotpot and stir fried dishes. We went for the hotpot, surprised to see it was actually charcoal fueled hotpot, gives it a rather authentic feel. Includes the usual meat and fish balls veg etc. Wasn't specially good but the charcoal hotpot adds a lot of points for me, it was about 30 pounds per person, drinks not included. I think you can get better quality in central London for the same price. The staff were all quite rude and never add water or the soup base without you asking. I try to pay by card and there was problem with their card machine. The girl serving us was nice and we keep in trying the card machine for like ten mins. Until I thought we would just pay cash instead, and as I was paying another more senior staff came very rudely and said they won't accept 20 pounds paper bank notes. If you are not going to accept bank notes then might as well put up a sign so everyone knows. For reference at the time of this review old £20 notes ares still legal tender. And you can continue to use these paper notes to make purchases at the moment. The old £20 notes will stay valid until the September 2022 expiry date given by the Bank of England. At the end they did accept the £20 note. I would say its okay to try this place if you live near by.
