   Vile food, prawn crackers were overcooked and brown, the chow mein was the salvageable thing. Wouldn't order here again unless it was the apocalypse then I would consider.

   They forgot 2 items of my order, out of 5. Luckily the restaurant is nearby and could go to collect the missing items. They fixed their mistake in a timely manner and the food was good. I reckon I'll give it another try.

   The issue with reviews is that people only go out of their way to write one when they are dissatisfied. I am doing the opposite here and showing appreciation for the fact that every order I received has been perfect. Great portions and always delivered hot.

   I have no idea why this place has so many low reviews as I've been ordering from here for over a year and have never been disappointed. The food is always hot, absolutely delicious and in my experience usually arrives earlier than estimated. It's my go-to Chinese and I don't see that changing any time soon.

   Maybe 1.5.... Have been really trying to give this place (there are 2 locations, one in Stratford ) a chance. The food is great (only ate vegetarian) , portions are mostly generous for takeaway/delivery; however, service is disorganized & man on phone quite rude. We’ve waited 2 hours (despite calling to follow up 3 times), and then 1 hour PAST THE DELIVERY time, so please follow up with them about 30min in to make sure they are aware of your order. Difficult to figure out what’s what as some ingredients from description are often missing so ends up tasting/looking quite similar as in the photo (here missing: no spring onions, no cashews, no green peppers, no aubergine, only 2 pieces of pineapple ). As good as the food actually is, I’ll need to find another place. I tried.
