I didn't feel pressured into making a wrong purchase. Very good also to be attended to personally with proper facilities for footwear...comfy seat, foot stool and shoe horn. Highly recommended.

   Great service from Ginny at this delightful Clinkards shoe shop in Wetherby. Ginny was up and down the stairs bringing more boots for me to try on. They had a great selection it was hard to choose one pair. Thank you to the pleasant staff.

   Always a good experience at your Wetherby store where I do most of my shoe shopping. However, your new style receipts are poor as do not make individual purchases clear. Okay I guess if only buying one pair but ordering 2 pairs on line in shop as well as purchasing 2 pairs in store made receipt virtually impossible to understand. However, staff helpful in explaining it all.

   Eleanor was amazing, I went in for some good shoes and came away with some bugatti’s that are fantastic, even when I was undecided she asked Paula to help advise who again was great she talked me through the best options - I will be returning with my wife before xmas for a pair of boots! I felt that all staff were trained well, pleasant and friendly.

   Angela helped us at Clinkard’s Wetherby on 24 November. We had ordered some Bugatti shoes online but as my husband has a difficult right foot to fit ( after having a stroke ) we sadly had to return them. But, liking the style, we thought we’d visit the shop first. Now, after Angela’s patient and efficient service, showing great knowledge of the different styles that might work, I am happy to say that you have yet another very satisfied customer.

   My dad bought me a gift voucher for me from Charles Clinkard for my birthday. I am very upset that I just tried to use it and it has "expired". Where I come from it is illegal for shops to put expiration dates on gift vouchers. This shop has robbed both my Dad and me! Especially during this last year of Covid how can they possibly keep that expired date!

   I am scared for life the benches had dirt all over and it didn't look like they cared about the customer service. And the measurement devices didn't look like it had been cleaned once, plus When I asked if my shoes were a good it fit the lady said 'I'm not sure'. And the staff wore no masks even though there was a sign out side that said it was compulsory, plus no cleaning between customers. And that concludes my 1 star review. Horrible Do Not Recommend!!
