   The quality of the food has hit rock bottom since they have got a new chef, Always was the best quality Chinese takeaway around here. We thought the first time maybe just teething problems but No third time and still bad. previous customers will know the difference. The staff are friendly and polite . But we will not be going back.

   The premises was clean, the service was prompt. The food was nice and hot, well packaged and good to eat. Does not have the WOW factor that says I MUST do this again soon as opposed to I would do this again.

   Our family have been getting takeaways from Rose for over 10 years now, maybe more..a few years back we all went veggie or vegan, but I never rayed Rose quality of meat back then, but veggie meals are consistently good, apart from ordering on a Monday or Tuesday night, they seem to have some sloppy Joe chef. I don't know weather the ingredients are not fresh or there left from weekend and reheated.. But tonight. I had to ring up as the noodles with veg was disgusting, the noodles were all cut up into little bits, (no idea why) and they were like pappy slime,. With the strangest watery sauce. And the veg that was on top was half rotten.. The usual delicious curry sauce was not the same.. Somethings up. With this Chinese and has been for a few months now.. I can't keep wasting my money thinking next time it will go back to how it used to be, so I rang the lady up, told her I wasn't happy. And after all these years sadly I'm going to find another takeaway.....its not even the money (although a refund wasn't even offered) its about the constantly throwing food away, as its inedible.. So Adios Rose RIP

   My favourite Chinese takeaway, I'm always welcomed warmly when I go in and the food is delicious. When staying with friends or on holiday and we order Chinese food I'm always a little bit disappointed. It's never as good as my local. It does get very busy on Fri/Sat evenings though so expect longer delivery waits during busy times. I just go get it as it's at the end of my road and my order is usually ready within 20 minutes.

   Have been going here many years on and off. Food used to be really tasty years ago but they must of changed who does the cooking. As it can be a bit bland now. Sad because the people are really lovely and it’s always clean.
