I love eating here, the staff are wonderful and I particularly enjoyed the fried food cooked by the yeung chap who works there
Pearl City is a little Gem of a Chinese Restaurant that I found a few months ago. It’s now my favourite Chinese takeaway. The staff are genuine, friendly and welcoming. There is a real sense of care with the handling and preparation of my food. I have never received a dish that I am not satisfied with. The food tastes fresh and flavourful. If you are a lover of Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls, this is the place to get them. Their fried rice is 10/10.
I ordered a takeaway for my vegan, autistic son. He bit into the ‘vegetable’ spring rolls to find they contained ‘meat’. The resulting ‘meltdown’ could have been even more dangerous had he had ‘allergies’ to any of the ingredients! We had used this place many years ago but stopped after they got orders wrong on two separate occasions! Clearly nothing has changed! Wouldn’t mind so much but the correct order had been read back to me at the time of ordering!
Waiting ages for the food but didn't seem like we were Waiting for it to be cooked, it's a Chinese takeaway, it got eaten.

The food was great... I was recommended this place by a friend a long time ago but only just got a chance to try it, the only mistake I made was not going there sooner. It doesn't look like much from outside, dont let that put you off because the food was great and I will definately be going back for more!
