We spent over £50 on an order was supposed to get free prawn crackers which we didn’t the sources were so watered down they was absolutely disgusting and un edible the meat in the noodles was very very bouncy like it was undercooked the prawn inside the batter was undercooked and the rice was so soggy

Never again we I use them. It's was off and tastes horrible and I was sick. From what I've seen. I'm not the only one. Needs to be shut down. Can't keep doing that to people. It's disgusting

Cheap, fast delivery, big portions... but the food itself was not great. If you like actual Chinese food you will not like this. If you like Chinese fast food, then this will be fine for you. Wontons were dry, BBQ meats were soaking in a sweet sauce, chow mein tasted burnt.
noodles was nice. chicken balls were clearly refried, saturated with oil and very crispy. spring role just had them long white onion things in wasn't very pleasant with a funny smell. also I tipped them, I did not receive my drink I ordered but they didn't bring, I phoned restaurant to correct but no delivery. not hard to get these small things correct and make PAYING customers happy.
£12 Mon card payment, that is a job. Any small business has £5 min which I understand perfectly due to banking fee and other fee for card processing. On another note: Real China it is time to change your oil more often. Taste of old oil is nasty and make the food having a funny taste, moreover, the crisp won't come as the oil is getting old Taste: not real fresh, and I guest a lot is or are frozen. It was the last time I came to your business
I rarely, if ever, submit reviews of this type, but the quality of the dishes we had from here tonight were such that the chefs deserve a five-star rating. My experience has been that the quality of the average Chinese takeaway meal has been falling for the last twenty years or more so expectations are now pretty low. Tonight was an exception and we’ll be back.
