   Your female member of staff working this evening at around 18:45 was really unpleasant with me and gave me a general look of disdain when I was going to walk into the store, it may have been close to closing time as she was by the doors, but that's now excuse to look me up and down like some mug. You might need to get better with your customer service

   Never been before, heard a few bad things, but I needed some cheap steel toe shoes. Nice guy asked if I needed help, told him what I needed. Within 5 minutes I had my shoes and was out. That guy needs a raise.

   Very low quality children shoes, flat and plasticky with no arch support and no heel support. Insoles lining and outer soles gets detatched after a few days. Waste of time and money...Kids trainers had holes in the sole after two weeks , I brough it back and the managers said it s wear and tear. I contacted their customer service and they told me they go with whatever shop manager says. I will never waste my time in this shop again.
