   Terrible customer service..my Mum was charged £27 for Chrome gel on her finger nails, all looked ok until she looked at her nails 20 mins later to see all the gel was coming off one hand. She had no clue why and on her return she was told sorry im back to back busy today and best I can do is repair that one hand. My Mum explained she didn't want the same happening again so could she redo them both in a different gel. At no point did the tech fess up to not letting the gel set properly in the first place and instead said "If you want me to repair both hands I will have to charge you again" ......Surely the correct answer should have been "I am really sorry let me redo both hands or I can give you a refund" My Mum at this point was extreamly upset so asked for them to just be removed. She was sent away minus her £30 (yes she tipped) and nails that still had the old gel all over them...... When I called to complain I was met with the same attitude of I am too busy oh but if she payed again and then you would have found time!!!!!

   I’ve had my nails done twice now with Macy at Perfect you ,hair and beauty studio. She’s knowledgeable in her field, focused in her results and creative in her designs. I’ve been more than happy with my natural biab sets to give my nails a chance to be beautiful while healthy. All staff I’ve interacted with upon my visits have been friendly, polite and offered refreshments. I’d definitely visit again. The prices are extremely reasonable too.

   Booked myself in for a pedicure as soon as I got there I seen the cheap foot soaks you can buy yourself for at home not only that it wasn’t washed out there was dirt on the side of the tub and not enough water in it. I sat down on the chair which was very uncomfortable to have a pedicure done in. (I was expecting the vibrator massage chairs). I told the lady straight away there’s not enough water and the chair is not comfortable - she came round and told me I should go elsewhere if I was expecting that as they don’t have enough room for one of those which is fair enough but I must say I’m glad I walked out and never went ahead with it. Just would like to say if you want to do pedicures you definitely need to up your game with the facilities that go with it and definitely scrub up hygiene making sure the water and tub is clean before each and every client!

   Had my hair done by sam. I had an absolutely lovely time and was pampered to high heavens. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Never felt so glowy. 100% recommend
