   What an amazing place this is from the moment you walk in you are made to feel special with you being asked if you would like a drink and discussing with you what you want and then being made comfortable it is a mother and daughter team, and this makes you feel very at ease I have not been able to dry my feet for some time, so resulting in really bad sore ,hard dry skin,Steph did an amazing job ,not only making them look amazing but also pain free I was so impressed with this place , I was also given a loyalty card which I think is really good I have always liked a loyalty but this doesn't seem to happen anymore so was really impressed when I was given one I was also given a Christmas card which I was very moved by this, it shows what a wonderful place this is not only did I get a loyalty card but I was given a scratch card which I won a £10 voucher to use so will be definitely coming back not that I kneeded any persuasion just wanted to say a very big thank you for making me feel so special and doing such a fabulous job Steph and Jackie

   Always wonderful. Love being in this lovely place. Calm starts as soon as soon as you walk through the door. Mum and daughter make you feel so welcome and the treatments are so lovely.    Stephanie is a great caring person who really takes care of my skin! Ava Beauties relaxing space and caring attitude keep me coming back every weekThe products she uses are wonderful too! This week I had an LED facial, alongside my RF tummy and both were fabulous, I'm glowing from ear to ear! Stephanies knowledge and experience as a trained professional, application and attention to detail can never be underestimated , and all this without spending a fortune! Being a frequent visitor to Ava Beauty, I am amazed at the amount of compliments I have received! Their treatments are like no other, cleansing, relaxing and very thorough! I'm treated as a friend rather than a client and I'm so happy that I have found such a great place with people I trust! A big thank you to two lovely ladies for doing a superb job!

   Lovely salon - I'd never had a wax before I visited and was worried about the pain but, although being waxed will never be a comfortable experience, Steph makes it much better because she's so calm and friendly. We had nice chats which made the time fly by! Her mum (sorry I don't know your name!) who did my 2 free facials when I completed my loyalty cards is also lovely and the facials were so relaxing I was almost asleep. Highly recommended :)

   Went for a facial today, it was THE BEST. I was so relaxed and made to feel so calm & comfortable. The lady who done the facial was so lovely and she had a naturally Soothing aura which added to the calm setting. She was also really gentle. Highly recommended.

   Took a chance on Ava Beauty for first time intimate waxing. Steph was absolutely lovely, putting me at ease right away, giving really clear information and instructions. She was also absolutely right. By the second session any discomfort was massively reduced and I'll be going back for a third! Thanks for making what could be awkward a friendly chatty experience.

   I received a buy a gift voucher as a birthday present and booked in with Ava Beauty who is local to me for a hot stones massage. I exchanged some emails with Stephanie in the process of booking my appointment who was so friendly and helpful. On arrival at the salon I was greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. It soon became clear that this is a mother daughter team who go above and beyond in making their clients feel really welcome. I had my hot stones massage with Stephanie which was truly amazing, I felt really relaxed it was lovely. I was so impressed by Stephanie and Jackie and their lovely salon and made another appointment there and then to return. I’m looking forward to my next visit and I’ll be sure to be returning again afterwards - highly recommended x

   Me and my two friends absolutely loved our treatments today. Steph and Jackie made us feel really welcome and comfortable. Both are very professional, polite and friendly. I had the hot stone full body massage which included facial and scalp massage. My friends had the mind and body experience and Swedish back massage which also included facial and scalp massage. We thoroughly enjoyed and felt so relaxed and pampered after our treatments. I’ve been a few times to Ava Beauty and each time I’ve always loved the treatments and service provided by Steph and Jackie. My friends will also definitely come here again and try the other treatments available.
