Throughout the process, Symone was super responsive, providing updates along the way and always kept me in the loop with her design progress and creative ideas. The studio is gorgeous, a super relaxed space where I felt comfortable and safe. Symone answered all my (probably annoying) questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. 3 day sittings later I have a gorgeous, permanent art piece and I will be back for more. It can take awhile for your appointment to finish, but I would rather it be that way than they do a rush job. “Been coming here for a couple of years now. My natural nails are a mess and often when I get acrylics they only last about 2 weeks but here they always stay on well. I have gone 5 weeks with them all still on which is unheard of for me. Nice people, always do a great job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails now.”

Moni really put me at ease, discussed and recommended the best hair colour to suit me, did my full package of colour, wash, cut and blowdry. Her curly blowdry was fabulous and I am really happy with it. Will definitely be coming back!”
