   ive been here 4 times before for lash lifts and tints and usually had pretty good results just the staff are not welcoming at all. but this last visit was really disappointing. I arrived for an appointment I booked online, and as soon as I walked in they told me the lady wasn’t in and I’d need to rebook and they said theyd called me "so many times" but i hadnt got any calls from them. It was my birthday weekend so I really needed it done, and they were rude and pushy about it, trying to make it seem like it was my fault. Eventually they agreed to sort it out. They had someone else do my lashes and the whole process felt really rough. The chemicals and brushing were so aggressive that my eyes were sore and sensitive for days which is not normal. The results were honestly awful. one eye has lashes pointing down and out so you can barely see them, and the other eye is over-curled into almost a circle. There was even dye spilled on my face (which is usual and not ok!) leaving black stains under my eye and eyebrow. I left really upset trying not to cry!! especially since this was meant for my birthday celebrations and they still charged full price and were super rude. Definitely not the experience I’ve had here before and I won't be coming back.

   ladies were really nice but i had my nails done there (acrylic set) and some were falling off and one did 1 week after them being done with no force being put on them i got the one fell off put back on for free but they were definitely not done right even tho i spent £40 when i was told £36 before they started.

   I have been going to Singhar in Ashton for many years but today the lady (blonde colour in her hair) who threaded my eyebrows has not done it correctly. It looked okay in the salon as I felt rushed but when I got home it didn't look right and one looks thinner than the other. Some of the ladies are good at the salon but I definitely won't be going back to this lady. She did a rubbish job! If you don't know how to thread someone's eyebrows properly then you shouldn't even be working there. Very disappointed indeed!!!

   Just moved to Ashton. Was really nervous having to change my hair salon/colour from my usual regular one in Kent which I had been going to the last 6-7 years. Moni really put me at ease, discussed and recommended the best hair colour to suit me, did my full package of colour, wash, cut and blowdry. Her curly blowdry was fabulous and I am really happy with it. Will definitely be coming back!

   Booked in for. £30 Gold facial which was supposed to last an hour. I had my face cleansed and exfoliated for 10 minutes then a product (not the gold mask as shown) was put on my face and I was left for 25 minutes, then 10 minutes to take it off and put some cream on. Very very disappointed. A total waste of £30. Also no music candles or anything in the room. I definitely would not recommend or go back. Actually false advertising if I’m honest.

   Came today for eyebrow threading and a eyebrow tint, must say I felt so uncomfortable. They look a mess!! She’s not shaped them well and done my eyebrows to big o had to spend another £14 to sort them out!! Don’t waste your money

   Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the option! Went for a cut (restyle) wasn’t one price, £15 for a straight cut at the back, extra £5 for front of face and extra £5 for lower front face. Anyway after getting my hair cut, looked at my hair and the ‘straight’ cut at the back, wasn’t so straight. And the front bit that was supposed to shape my face, was so out of shape. Hate my haircut, it’s like someone cut it at home. Will never go there again!

   Wow. I feel like I actually want to cry!!. I have never met such rude people in all my life.I wanted the gel varnish taking off and another colourapplying, she burnt my fingers off whilst doing this the varnish looks although a 2 year old has applied it..£27 she charged me. Then looked at me because I didn't tip her!!.. honestly never go here they are horrible. I usually go around the corner to have my nails done but they were busy today and I was rushing.
