   Absolutely bad done my nails their yesterday and today 3 of them came off what kind of work is that about 34 punds for the next day to come off poor also on the pinky one was short the other long the product are absolutely poor never avoid this !!! Priya did not even ask me what base colour I want she just picked it her self based on my skin colour she wasn’t paying 100% of attention how she’s doing it the other staff didn’t even cut my cuticles proper this was all a rush work absolutely bad !!! As you can also see on the picture that the products are cheap and not well done

   Fabulous service as usual! I’ve had my nails done here every month for the past two years and they’ve always been brilliant! Today I had gorgeous, sparkly, festive nails and a much needed eyebrow wax. Can always trust the lovely team at Priya’s to make me feel pampered and pretty. Thank you, I’m ready for Christmas now!

   I've been coming here every two weeks for nearly two years. I have Biab and... OCD. Priya has taken time to understand my OCD and has communicated this to her staff. I am warmly welcomed and offered a drink and it makes such a difference. Priya and her staff collaborate with me over shape, colour and design and I genuinely have never left unhappy. Priya and her staff offer a myriad of treatments and I see repeat customers on my visits. I can highly recommend the pedicure. You leave walking on clouds.

   Had my nails done while visiting from London. Nails were bumpy, no apex, tips stuck on incorrectly and filed wonky. I explained this to the young girl at the time and she attempted to fix, I mentioned this 3 or 4 times to her. In the end left and had to get them redone by another salon. I contacted priya, showed all images and videos asking for a refund, she advised she would do them again as they do not offer refunds, I explained I was now back in London and requested for them to review and send refund as all images clearly show how poor the work was. I was supposed to have a response within a couple of hours while she checked but I am still yet to receive a response, I have chased a couple of times. I reported the issue numerous times during the appointment and reported the issue to priya within an hour after leaving. Avoid!!

   Had a pedicure facial and massage today. Fitted in at short notice. I normally have my nails done here but after an illness over Christmas I needed a pick me up. Pryias staff were wonderful. Walked out feeling so much better. Thank you so much !!!

   Hi I am contacting you in response to what you have said. Firstly I have never been inside of your venue as seeing the cleanliness of the venue I wouldn't of come back. Secondly it is unprofessional to lie stating something that isn't the case. My nails are uneven, which regardless of the shape is just poor quality of work. As never have gel before I would of liked to been asked this and then explained the process. Secondly my nails were really hurting throughout the curing part of the nails as well as the woman being rough on my hands. As I wanted to get out of the venue and there was no one else to sort it out I decided to leave with the poor quality of work on my hands. I am really disappointed with the work on my nails as it is patchy and already coming off. I have pictures as well to prove this.
