   First time going to Ventus last week for a re-style cut. Both Rachels were really friendly and welcoming. Talked about lots of random stuff and Rachel did a great job on my hair. I asked for a choppy bob and she explained why it was best to keep it slightly longer at the back because of the way my hair grows. Great service and very skilled hairdresser. Will definitely go back next time I need my hair doing. Highly recommend!

   What a lovely experience. Rachel went out her way to fit me in. At the appointment, I felt listened to, and understood. She is very knowledgable when considering the cut and colour and what is needed. Really pleased with my cut, and looking forward to going back for my colours.    I have been going to Rachel for years and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have always been so happy with my hair and over the years I’ve had quite a few changes! Nothing is ever too much for Rachel and she’s always honest if she thinks something will work or not. Rachel is a beautiful person inside and out and a visit to Ventus isn’t just a fresh haircut, it’s a visit to see a friend. She’s always so kind and remembers details even if it’s been months since your last visit. The whole team are just lovely. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

   I came here firstly with my daughter to have her hair cut just before starting back at school. Rachel squeezed me into her super busy day. I was so pleased with my daughter hair she absolutely loved it. I came again for my hair today, I completely trusted Rachel as she explained throughly what she was going to do. She has transformed my hair from bad long roots. Tried dry looking colour. To complete refresh of colours. I have so pleased and have already booked my next appointment. Her prices are so reasonable, Rachel really puts her clients first. I would 1000 percent recommend anyone to come here!!!!

   I have just had my hair done here and all I can say is WOW! I truly feel like a million bucks ☺️ Thank you so much to the beautiful Salon owner Rachel Hill for doing such an amazing job. The skill and professionalism is unmatched. The Salon is beautiful too and the staff are so down to earth and lovely. I felt like a regular even though it was my first time. I will absolutely be visiting again and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants not just a great hair cut, but a great experience!

   This was my first time visiting Ventus and it will not be the last!! Rachel is such a lovely person so friendly and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and clean. The service was outstanding had my patch test before my appoinment was booked and discussed my options and what was best. On the day of appointment rachel again went through my options and throughout the whole service made sure i was completly happy with everything she was doing . I have found my new hairdresser for life she made me fall in love with my hair all over again ❤️
