   I ordered a delivery on a Saturday evening, initially it said 75 minutes. After 1h 30 mins I called up to check where the order was. Then I was told that they were busy and I had to wait another 25 minutes. Altogether the waiting time was 2 hours and 20 minutes. They only said sorry not even a complementary food item or partial refund. Not happy.b

   Used Hings for years, but disappointed with last 2 orders. Something has changed. The food arrived with the item i am allergic to even though i reminded them, this was resolved quickly, so thankyou for that. However the duck with ginger and garlic... only had 5 tiny pieces of duck, it was just full of onions. I should have taken a photo before dishing it out, but the attached photo shows the size of a piece of the duck ..really disappointing. Rest of the meal was delicious.

   Not very impressed.. duck all shaved on lettuce and the banana fritters not sealed and on all of my food… carried back and was completely level so was obviously put in the carrier bag like this. Ruined food. Won’t be using again

   Decent Chinese takeaway food and lovely people running it but, boy, the shop is dirty and untidy. Needs a very major makeover and redecoration. (If the store is so filthy, makes you wonder what the kitchen is like!)

   Had a previous bad experience with Hings but thought we'd give them another try. BIG mistake. Ordered 7pm on a Tuesday night. After an hour and half the food still hadnt arrived. When we chased them, we was told they was down a delivery driver and food would be with us in half hour. 45 minutes later we chased a second time to be told the food was in the process of being cooked. We told them to cancel the order. SHAMBLES! Never again

   Great classic Chinese takeaway-a little family run gem in Sidcup. We’ve been coming here for years and the food quality is consistently good and amazing value. Excellent Chinese style curry and Singaporean Rice vermicelli our favourites. Pancake rolls are hand-made which means we’ll happily wait for delivery but if busy go and collect!

   Hing's used to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area, sadly our last meal was appalling. The noodles were full of salt, all the meat was fatty tough and chewy, probably reheated leftovers, the rice was rock hard, the green Thai curry tasted like dirty dish water (picture included), avoid at all costs. Need to find a new takeaway now, any recommendations would be very welcome?
