   Poor quality, poor workmanship and poor service. My daughter came in to have classic lashes fitted. After only a couple of days they began to fall out. I rang to make a further appointment for them to be looked at and re applied. Apparently the lash technician only works there a couple of days a week as she is self employed. They advised they would get her to ring me back and remake an appointment. This took over a week. She suggested to remake another appointment via text message which wasn’t convenient and only a half an hour slot which I didn’t think was enough time, as by now most of the lashes had fallen out. They were supposed to last up to 3 weeks. Disappointingly I didn’t get a response from her again. I phoned up the shop again to ask if they could give me my money back, however they said they would send her another message to contact me. This has not been forthcoming. It appears that the salon does not take responsibility for the poor work as the lash technician is self employed. We do not recommend this product or service at Prept. We have paid a lot of money for poor quality, poor workmanship and poor service.

   After a recommendation I had my nails done on Friday for the first time ever! Wasn’t sure what I wanted or what was on offer! The salon is brilliant, great team, great advice, great atmosphere! The customers coming and going were well known by the staff and the banter was lovely. My nails by Leigh are amazing and I’m so pleased I took up the recommendation! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now even though it’s out of area it is so worth it!! Looking forward to my next appointment!

   Went for my nails, gel one tone with french style and they lasted a month which is insane as they last usually a maximum of 3 weeks. Great quality, Leigh did a great job. I got good comments about my beautiful nails and I highly recommended the place. Surely will come back when I have my next event. Ps: my nails after the acrylics went off they feel stronger and longer I’m obsessed.

   Had my nails done today and yet again they are gorgeous, The best salon in the area by far, I have been getting my nails done by Laura for 3 maybe 4 years and would never go anywhere else. The people in the salon are very warm, friendly and very welcoming. Not like any other salon I've been to they offer so many different services and are very professional.

   I moved to london 5 years ago now and still will not allow anyone else do my eyebrows. I travel over 200 miles to get them done by the best… Lindsey Marie. She knows exactly what to do and is extremely professional. I have been having my eyebrows done by Lindsey for over 10 years. Thank you for always making my brows look on fleek ☺️

   This is a very relaxing place to be, Lyndsey and Laura are lovely and at the same time proffessional in every way to make sure that the salon is safe for everyone going in and for the clientele to feel safe and secure whilst in the premises enjoying their treatments. Would highly recommend. Thank you ladies you have had a trying these last 18 months and have come out the other side on top. ❤❤

   This salon is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Laura is a wonderful nail professional, she listens to exactly what you want. There is a fantastic range of colours and Laura will take her time and make sure you are completely happy with your nails. Laura is friendly, professional and an asset to the village. I am looking forward to my holiday nails by Laura.
