   Had a cut and blow dry from Kelly yesterday and absolutely loved the results!! She took her time during the consultation, asking me what I want and recommending what would look best. I have super thick and long hair and she did an amazing job!! I love the results! Would definitely go back and they also have a ladies only area upstairs which is perfect for anyone wearing a hijab xx

   Do not go here, honestly my hair was butchered to the point I went somewhere a week later to have it rectified. Happened to someone I know too, their hair was different lengths and they have had to keep it up until it grows out. Might be cheap but honestly, pay out it will be worth it in the end!!!

   Absolutely lovely place with friendly staff, I felt very comfortable even when getting my hair dyed for the first time! I came in for a caramel balayage and had my hair done by Kelly, I was serviced in the women's only section upstairs, they've managed to create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balayage itself was beautiful, in my inexperienced opinion, I've received nothing but compliments on it from those who have seen it. I can't give much of a technical review of it since I don't know enough about the process but I can at least say that I have no regrets and love my new hair. The only reason this isn't 5 stars (it was very close) is the estimations I was given were not entirely accurate. The price was close enough, I was told it would be no more than 160 and it ended up being 166 in total. The time taken was the only real issue I faced, I was told it would take 3 hours but it ended up taking 4 hours which mildly disrupted my plans for the rest of the day. Overall, it was an almost perfect experience and I would definitely come here again.

   I had my hair done by Ila who was so pleasant and lovely, I’ve had my hair done by her a few times now and she always does a fabulous job, highly recommend. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and engages in conversations, below are some of the cuts she’s done on me. 10/10 :)
